Excellent service por Nahum Veronica and noe the staff in this hotel is absolutely amazing. Management was very kind Bernardo Edgar bar staff, except exceptional at the premium bar. Carlos Cyr our room clean up was amazing. I really appreciate everything. The only thing is the drinks. Mexican drinks aren’t really appropriate! Just wanted a good vodka, and when they poured terrible vodka into the absolute or Smirnoff bottles, I was very disappointed. Other than that that is my only complaint the food is amazing, the beach is five diamonds and I really appreciate everybody taking care of us on our two week vacation !
It's fine, a vacation is what you make it.

Quick check in. Ivana was very nice and explained the resort amenities in full. She, of course, wanted us to see the time share presentation. We declined and that was the end of that. The room was a bit dated, but clean. The beds were comfortable. Our major complaint is the lack of electricity outlets. Due to the reconfiguration of the furniture from the adults area to the family area there are outlets hiding behind the furniture and not in a convenient location. The beach is the major reason we booked this resort. The sand is so soft and no rocks. Plenty of seating under Palm trees. The pools by the family rooms are very nice and calm, but no food at lunchtime. We had to go in search across the resort. The reason for the poor rating is the restaurant reservation system. We arrived on Sunday and could not get a reservation until Wednesday. So on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday we ate at the buffet for dinner. While there is quite a variety of food after a day or two, you want something different. And the atmosphere is chaotic and loud, not my idea of a vacation. Our first reservation was on Wednesday, but we couldn't get anything until 9:30 p.m. which is was not ideal for us. So out of 5 days we could only have a sit down dinner two times. Feels like false advertising when there are seven restaurants, but can't book them. Since we are on the topic of food, the breakfast buffet was fine. Everyone found something to eat, but the hot food there cold or room temperature at best. And the burrito place was also ok, but a shadow of what it used to be. This was our second visit to this resort with the first being in 2016. We had some expectations from the first go around and we were quite disappointed.

Absolutely amazing bartenders, they are unbelievably attentive and knowledgeable. Miriam and Jose made our trip so much more fun. The bar is clean and well kept and the service is unmatched. Would absolutely come back again to visit. Thank you!
Beautiful beach, awful food

This was our third time to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. The pros: Beautiful beach and ocean Friendly staff Lots of grounds for walking The cons: This resort had the worst food so far. I eat Paleo and had a hard time finding much to eat. Even the fruit tasted awful. My husband can eat “normal” and got an upset stomach as well, making us suspect they didn’t prepare food properly. I got so sick from the food that we went to Walmart and bought food I could have for our remaining 3 days because I was scared to eat more of their food. Several nights we were kept awake by people fighting. We were in the adults only section. We booked our room through an Airbnb and were not told we had to sit through a mandatory 90 minute timeshare/ vacation club sales pitch. Be aware of this if you go there as someone’s “guest “. We would not recommend booking excursions through this resort either. We booked an expensive snorkeling excursion on Cozumel, and it was a horrible experience. In summary, we really enjoyed the beach and ocean at this resort, but would never come to this resort again due to the food and other cons we had to endure.
