Just spent a week at Seven Seas Resort in Turks & Caicos. My wife and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. Amazing, fantastic are ways to describe this place. Sitting on Grace Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The resort is beautiful! Suites are beautifully decorated and spacious. The service is impeccable. This place is Disney on steroids! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The staff will set up your beach or pool chairs with resort logo branded towel covers over the lounge chairs plus beach towels. Fresh fruit kabobs passed out at 3:00 and smoothlies at 4:00. Bar service at the pool and beach. Turn down service includes lavender spray for your linens, cloth foot Matt on each side of bed and all dishes washed in dishwasher. All rooms have view of the ocean and all windows have full length remote control black out shades. Two tips: Currently until 2021, Ritz Carlton is building a resort next door. Be sure to specify that you do not want a room on that side unless you are ok with it. Also, there are first floor suites that have extra large patios. If you want a balcony, you need to indicate that when making your reservation. The Deck is a beachside outdoor restaurant and bar that has a great view of the beach. The adult pool has a deck next to the beach with lounge chairs. Great place to be by the pool and beach. Seven Restaurant on the resort is fantastic. Great service and food was exceptional. The daily included breakfast buffet with omelet station is unbelievable. This is not a continental breakfast. It is a full breakfast menu every day of the week. All in all our stay was amazing, the beach was beautiful, and the whole island was very proud of their home and super friendly. We plan to return!

    Bad construction noise

We stayed here last year this same time of year and weren’t bothered by the Ritz Carlton being built next door, but this year, due to the stage of construction, it really wasn’t enjoyable at all. The noise is unbearable in our room, on the balcony, at the adult only pool and on that side of the beach. The “beep beep beep” noise of construction vehicles drove me crazy. It started very early in the morning and they were still working when we walked the beach at 6:15 tonight to go to Bay Bistro. Be prepared for 12 hours per day of nothing but noise as they are making the most of the daylight hours. It’s really not relaxing here so I’m very disappointed In our trip this time. I would have asked for a change of room but that wouldn’t have solved the constant noise while trying to enjoy the pools here, much worse at adult only “quiet” pool than main pool but you could hear it at both. I will do a separate review for the Deck restaurant but suffice to say the servers are not attentive, do not smile, and do the minimum required if that - we were asked what type of water we wanted, then never brought water. Our food was brought out and left sitting on a tray getting cold for several minutes with our server nowhere to be found. For the positives and the reason I’m giving a “2” rather than a “1”, the beach was very nice, the rooms are well-equipped, and housekeeping does a great job! The breakfast buffet is of a good quality with an adequate selection. Overall, I wouldn’t book here until the construction is done although that could be over a year from now. I understand there is a third building still to go up and they are not that far along on the first two buildings.

At Seven Stars you will hate to leave and look forward to when you can return. Service is impeccable as is the beautiful beach it is on. Luxurious rooms and fantastic atmosphere. First time to Turks and Caicos and can't wait to go back. Wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

My husband and I traveled here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This is our first time visiting TCI and Seven Stars and it will not be our last! The service here is more amazing than any resort we have visited. The way in which staff go out of their way to accommodate is fantastic. Dinner and service at Seven restaurant is among the most detail oriented and professional we have ever received, not to mention the most delicious meal we enjoyed all trip. Staff including Charles at the beach, Jayme in concierge, Renis & Beatrice at breakfast, and Jean & Michael at Seven for dinner went above our expectations. Unfortunately the construction next door cannot be avoided at this time, and can be a problem depending on where your room is. Despite booking an ocean view room, we ended up overlooking the pool on the ground floor, but were upgraded for free when expressing our dissatisfaction. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so enjoyable and relaxing!!

Just returned from vacationing in the Turks at Seven Stars Resort w/ my husband and another couple and am ready to book a return trip! This property is stunning -- everything from the open air lobby and the pool/beach set-up + resort amenities to the grounds and the rooms. It was everything you would expect from a luxury hotel and more -- including delivering the next day weather forecast and inspirational quote to your room daily. The b'fast included with the room rate is very nicely done and the staff throughout the property is very friendly, always happy to see you and most of the time greeted us by name. Location was excellent and walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping. If you want to get-a-way and enjoy relaxing in luxury, this is is the perfect place. There were a few children at the resort, but mostly adults and they did offer separate pools/areas for families and adults only. A few of our favorite hotel team members included: Jamy (who popped up every where!), Evens & Daniel (who kept the drinks coming), and Renedia, Sam and Mike (who always greeted us with a smile). We look forward to visiting the Turks and Seven Stars again in the very near future.
