You may request a refund of your air-only itinerary if you experience one of the following:
Death of the guest booked to travel with WestJet.
Death of an immediate family member or travel companion.
Jury duty summons affecting the dates of travel.
If your documentation is not written in English, French or Spanish, the document must be translated to one of these three languages.
Documentation is required in all cases and must be submitted within 12 months of your flight cancellation. WestJet will not respond to requests that do not contain the proper documentation.
