So I reluctantly stayed at The Mill due to the reviews but I am so glad I went with my gut. We booked a newly renovated room which that was a bit of a hassle I must admit but once we got past this hurdle the hotel was fine. The staff are great - Nelson at the swim up bar is just so sweet and friendly and just the best. Our room was a newly renovated room and was clean and modern. Housekeeping was daily. I met her once and she too was lovely. The hotel isn't on the beach yes, but its honestly like a 7 min walk if that. It's a bit of a stretch to say its a long walk, its not a long walk at all. Maybe if you are used to car life it is a long walk or in comparison to hotels on the beach it isn't but its not far. The pool is great and the hotel isn't crazy busy so it was nice and relaxing. Stay here there is not a better value hotel for the price and facilities. Yes its not the Hilton but its nice I have no complaints. I secretly don't want it to become too popular because its such a nice and relaxing hotel but I also want them to flourish so book here you won't be disappointed. A tip call them if you can you will get the best rate.

We just spent 2 weeks at this location. Their rooms are newly renovated. We enjoyed a huge king bed with a large screen TV! The pool and jacuzzi area were very nice. We rented a car so did not use the shuttle but did use their beach. It’s at the end of Palm Beach where there are lots of restaurants and shops! Still some renovations to be completed so a little noise but not too bad. There’s an all night club out front so make sure your room is away from this area. We met some kids that went and danced but we did not. The price was great and we had a refrigerator and microwave!

    Very nice property

This is a nice rebuild property, I’ll came back again, it’s not on the beach but they have an small vehículo doing trips to the beach, it’s close and walking distance, but better to take their shuttle services.

This hotel is going to become a Mariott Courtyard sometime next year. But the standards how they are now, very low, i also don’t really understand how they got 4 stars. At first when you enter the room it seems cool and clean, but when you look more careful, the floors are dirty and with hairs, all the corners look like nobody ever cleaned the there and so on.. I stayed in a renovated room, but down at the shower it was already black and the toilet seat was completely moving.. One pillow case was yellow.. There were a lot of mosquitoes, we asked if they can do something, they said no, there is no spray or anything.. The personal at the front desk really need a lot of training. The sunbeds are very old, you have the impression you’re going to fall down.. You can hear everything through the doors, and top of the top was the night club in front of the hotel - no chance of sleeping between 2 and 5 AM.. With the renovation they are far from being finished, but it didn’t bother us much.. The good parts: the personal at the restaurant - very nice and attentive; they have a good breakfast; the hairdryer was very good; the mattress was comfortable.

    Overall - a big disappointment

I needed a place to stay for a few days while taking some meetings at the airport. Upon checking in, it is clear to see the ongoing construction which the staff said was going on for a year. They took a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals, but I was NEVER allowed to put anything on the room charge. Not lunch, not dinner, not drinks- so why did they take the hold in the first place? I asked for a room with a pool view because the pool is beautiful. See photo of my pool view from the terrace complete with handmade wooden ladder. The design of the shower means that the water flows from the shower into the toilet area and then finally out the bathroom door. What a mess. The food was very average and the service was slow. My suggestion is to do your homework and find another place- at least until the never ending construction is completed.
