During my recent 5-night stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, I was blown away by the stunning views from our 6th-floor window overlooking the golf course. Waking up to that every morning was like a dream! The bed was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and made for some seriously good sleep. And let me tell you about the Nespresso coffee—absolutely divine! It was the perfect kickstart to our days of adventure. The hotel staff were amazing—super friendly and always ready to help out. Their warm welcome made us feel right at home. We took advantage of the hiking poles and cleats they provided for our snowy trek up to the gondola, and it was epic! The snowy landscapes were straight out of a postcard. Another great activity was curling up with a beer and a wine under a blanket around the open fire pits and making smores. But here's the thing: the bathroom was tiny! Especially considering the price we paid for the room, we expected a bit more space to move around. Overall though, our time at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel was unforgettable. It was a perfect mix of luxury and nature, and we're already planning our next visit!

Wonderful stay at this iconic hotel; it truly is a castle! Everyone from the check-in people, the café workers, the valets, and the cleaning staff were all so polite and nice - saying "Hello/Good morning" or "Can I help you with anything?" every time I passed. Although a very fancy hotel, the attitude amongst all the workers was not elitist, they were welcoming to everyone. I appreciate the opportunity to stay in this historical hotel, and I look forward to coming back and spending more time here in the future.

This beautiful hotel feels like a step back in time. They have clearly worked hard to maintain the historical features. We had fun exploring its many corridors, covered bridges, ballrooms, bars, and restaurants. It seemed like everywhere you looked there was an amazing view. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Easy bus ride or walk to Banff for tourism, shopping, and restaurants.

This hotel is probably the most majestic hotel in Canada!! When you factor in the building, history, location, service and its setting & views. Just amazing! Even the gym has an incredible view! The staff are all very good!! From the parking attendants to the front desk, bell staff, concierge desk, the restaurants/wait staff, the buffet breakfast staff all were great! Although I did have to remind them to bring my luggage to my room. It was sent within minutes!! My room was clean and had an incredible view! However the bathroom was tiny! But not really a place I need to spend much time in anyway! The steakhouse is pricey and I was expecting more for that price point. The vermillion room breakfast is good and worth it! And Stock although doesn’t have many options, it is quality! I would love to return and look forward to do so one day!

My entire experience from check-in to check out was 5 star. The views are majestic! I will love to return. I upgraded to Fairmont Gold and loved the breakfast, appetizers and desserts in the Gold Lounge. Definately worth it. Bathroom was on the small size but has all you need. Great views from bedroom windows.
