This hotel is well located in downtown Calgary. The Core mall was a couple of blocks down Stephen Ave and right across the street from it was Bankers’ Hall, which had an excellent food market that we used for breakfast and lunch. There was a C-Train right outside the hotel as well. We ordered room service once and it was very good and the server who brought it up was lovely. The only negative was the high cost of parking, but that seems inevitable in downtown Calgary.

This hotel is perfectly situated to explore downtown Calgary. Next to the Calgary Tower, on walking distance of many good shops, pubs and restaurants. In 5 minutes you're on the highway and Calgary is on your feet. Very friendly staff, nice coffee shop with plenty of stuff to start the day. Clean room and bath. No complaints

Like cleaning the phone - makeup was still on from the last guest/user of the hotel room phone. No natural sweeteners available in rooms, like honey. That was a room service request, which seemed wild. Hotel is great, just a one off experience with housekeeping this time IMO.

excellent room in a beautiful downtown hotel. close to everything you might need including city sites, dining and transportation. Twenty minute drive to the airport, 1.5 hrs. to Banff, a 1/2 hr. further to Lake Louise

Had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt for a college competition. Yuliia the check-in person was very helpful and accommodating- it started out trip off on the right foot. We drove to Calgary from Bc and ended up arriving later than expected. We realized we had to quickly turn around and head to the airport to assist in the pick up of our 22 students that had just arrived. We explained the situation to Yuliia and she jumped into action. She had the bellhop bring a trolley to assist with our bags and AV equipment, tables and props, immediately gave us our room keys and said “go to the airport we will sort the rest out when you return!” Our panic all but disappeared! Thanks for being such a grea human Yuliia! It’s people like you that make the world a better place. WTG
