We had a great time making brazeletas with Eduardo, Aveleny and Danny Boy!!! They’re the best teachers, very patient, helpful and accommodating! What a fun team of entertainment staff. We had few Spanish lessons too with them while making bracelets! Highly recommended activities for kids and adults!

Had an amazing, relaxing trip solo. The employees were amazing and the food was great. Went to one of their Mexican restaurants and Moises was my server. I love that he didn’t constantly hover over me while I was eating. His service and Just the restaurant in general was great. I recommend and would come back

We cant thank Kenny the breakfast waiter he was fantastic so friendly and helpful. A lovely manner about him. Valentin the lobby bar man was brilliant also friendly and makes greats drinks!!! We felt very welcome and had a great holiday. We didn’t want to leave!!

Valentin, Theres, Maria are just fantastic from the lobby bar and fizz pool bar. They really look after you and treat you as you are part of their family. Excellent service, free smiles and warm personality made my stay a pleasure and I look forward to returning Keep safe and well lots of love Alan

Santos was an absolute joy. Very upbeat, very nice. Kicked our stay off with a amazing lunch! The service here is a dream come true. Thank you so much for helping me and my wife have a great great time! I will definitely be coming back here in the future, because it was an exciting experience I’ve never had!
