Haven Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa

I recently visited Haven Resort for a vacation with my brother, and I can't think of a better location for our holiday. From the moment, I arrived at the property I was in awe of how beautiful the location is. The staff immediately made us feel welcomed and desensitized all our luggage. I loved that the property had all the safety measures in place. It was one less thing for us to worry about. The room and the views were phenomenal and don't get me started on the food options! I am a vegetarian but everyone was so accommodating that it was never an issue. I will definitely be coming back for another stay soon.

My now husband and I went there for the first time in 2020. From the moment we were dropped off we were impressed. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and and the backdrop is the ocean. We spent an amazing week there and got engaged on our last night. We were married in October of 2020 and took our honeymoon February of 2021. We went back to Haven for many reasons. The number one reason is their hospitality. As soon you walk in, you are greeted by welcoming staff who take your bags and direct you to check in. The check in staff always has a welcoming smile on their face. Then you get escorted to your room with your luggage. They check to make sure the room is to your liking and drop your bags. Every single person you see smiles and asks if you need anything. The pools are amazing!!! We opted both visits for the junior suite walk out infinity pool. Absolutely worth it! You can wake up, walk out of you room with your morning coffee to sun and water with an amazing view. There round infinity public pool was our favorite both times qe have gone. So relaxing and beautiful with a view of the ocean. Beyond that, the best part is the amazing service you receive! This year we met an amazing human being. Her name is Marilu. She was there every day, making sure we had whatever we needed. We got to know her during the week, and learned alot about each other. She was so gracious and had such a sweet heart ?. She is an amazing person and we hope to see her again on our next trip. We also saw some staff that we met on our previous trip that remembered us this year! Ricardo and Maria! Special special people. All in all, Haven loves up to it's name. It's a Haven to go, relax, receive amazing service, and enjoy. 5 stars from the Saurbaugh's!

It was such an amazing place, i have never hear about this hotel and enjoy the atmosphere, the place has it's own vibe and teh pace is super safe with the Health and safety measures,,, the pool a great place to stay we enjoy hours there taking and love the staff that always make sure we have something to drink.... the food out of the line, my wife who is always looking for healthy meals, found a lot to eat at the buffet. the rooms were large and we had a swim out room, that was a perfect getaways for me and my wife, hopefully i will be back in the next 4 months for a longer stay.

My friends and I loved this resort!! Food and drinks were wonderful, and the staff was amazing. They made sure we all had the best time possible. In particular, Marilú was incredible. She took care of us while we were at the beach and truly enhanced our experience.

We were treated like Royalty everyone was very nice and treated us very well. Very professional staff anything you needed you got. Our favorite restaurant was Olios Mediterranean. The serenity restaurant was great only for Serenity guest, seats were always available, outdoor patio service, right at the Serenity pool. The bar staff was excellent at the pool my champagne glass was never empty, we did tip a lot since the service was so good, it was so deserved. I can't wait to go again with my husband. I travelled with 2 other Travel Advisors to Preview for our Clients.
