When a decision needed to be made on where my wife and I would spend our 40th wedding anniversary, there was no doubt it would be Le Blanc. We had a great time. Team Le Blanc, from the limo crew at the airport, the bell men, guest services, the teams at the restaurants and pool bars, the spa, the entertainment, etc were exceptional. I want to add a special (and I mean special) shout out to the butler crew, Marco and Joel. Those guys brought special tears of remembrance to my wife and me. And on the night of our anniversary, they decked out our suite with rose pedals, balloons, sweets, champaign, etc. What and surprise. More importantly was the note they wrote to us. These brothers really care about the people there are they providing service to. And that's what really counts. So many others at Le Blanc stepped up too. This is my review, I'm sure my wife will chime in with more names of the people we had special relationships with during our vacation. Stay tuned...

This was my first time going to an all-inclusive resort and it was the best vacation I've ever had. We were so lucky to have Rossi and Eduardo as our butlers; they were so welcoming and kept going above and beyond at every opportunity. One evening we requested a simple room cleaning, and we returned to a room decorated with rose petals and a ready bubble bath to celebrate our anniversary! Our favorite place to visit at Le Blanc was K'akau, a coffee shop with gourmet chocolates, macarons, and pastries. When we went (multiple times), we often ran into Melissa, Ricardo, and Ernesto. They were so friendly and encouraged us to sample a variety of treats! We ended up using our resort credits to get to-go souvenirs for our friends and family

Marco and Joel provided outstanding service during our stay. This is our second time choosing to stay at Le Blanc due to its unparalleled service, food and ambience. Margarita and Isabel from the Spa were amazing as well! I loved the Cello and Saxophone players during dinner. Restaurant Bella was amazing as well as Yama. Those were our favorite spots! The crew at the beach can’t be compared! Always attentive of our needs and bringing us food and drinks throughout the day. Emanuel, David, and everyone there provided outstanding service.

This was our second trip to this beautiful resort and hopefully not our last. It was absolutely perfect from the moment we walked through the doors until we made our exit. The resort itself is immaculate-clean and white exterior and interior lobby area. The rooms are super comfortable with a lot of storage space and well appointed. There is a butler on each floor near the elevators, (ours was Saul) and they are anxious to help in anyway they can. Any request is immediately taken care of. The resort is in a great location on the Hotel Zone in Cancun-easy drive from the airport with many shops and entertainment near-by, but there is really no reason to ever leave this perfect resort. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly-always a warm hello with a smile. Although everyone was great, a special mention to Hector and Aquilera at the lobby bar who made great drinks and remembered exactly what people like-so accommodating! We truly enjoyed the French restaurant, Lumiere and the manager, Stephanie was fabulous. We wanted to come back a second night and she added us to the reservation list immediately although it had appeared to be booked. She didn't hesitate to take care of us. Josea at the breakfast and lunch buffet gave special attention. Lucinda at the pool never stops-she has been there 16 years and couldn't be more attentive to be sure everyone is comfortable and has exactly what's needed. If you're headed to Cancun you won't be disappointed with a stay at Le Blanc-highly recommend!

Staff were very polite, they are always ready to help. I would definitely recommend to my friends and i would love to return in the near future. Please keep up the high standard. The butlers were the iconic on the cake, they assist with everything and provide treats everyday
