This is our 3rd time staying at the Maui Parkshore but first time with the new management of Lisa Sue and we can’t express enough how lovely and amazing she is! The property is beautifully kept. The pool is always clean and a great size for the number of units in the building. The BBQ area is always spick and span and a great place to meet others staying here . We felt very welcome as a family with 2 young kids (3 and 5 years). We found everyone here to be so friendly and kind! Great location right across from Kamaole III. Beautiful large lanai’s on every unit. We plan to come back here for many years to come! Photo is view from lanai of unit 204.

I have stayed here a few times over the years. The location is good and the new manager, Lisa Sue is fantastic. She is very approachable, respectful and the way she cares for the condo shows in all the little things she does such as making sure everything is in good condition, putting out puzzles for in the lobby for everyone to make and daily updates on how good it is to snorkel. She has created a warm community setting for people staying here. As a person said to me, it is a friendly community feeling here and very welcoming. Previous managerment was not like this at all. We are happy that the condo complex has a new manager.

Maui Parkshore is an absolutely outstanding location on the edge of Kihei. I have been fortunate to have stayed here with family and friends 15 times in different units. The building is older however outstanding effort is continually made to keep the facility and the grounds immaculate. The barbecues and the ammenites like the pool are cleaned daily. Lisa Sue the property manager is a rock star and her attention to guests needs and care of the facility is exemplary. I do not usually leave reviews however I feel it is important to highlight the care that the condo owners and the property manager provide to ensure you have a magical Maui vacation.

This is our 4 time staying here. We stay in 105 and it’s a great suite. At first I was little surprised by the lack of privacy on our patio but we embraced it and have met many lovely people as they come and go. We have enjoyed chatting with the other guests and have learn about many island favourites. The property manager changed this year and Lisa is fantastic! She goes the extra mile and is super friendly. We will be back!

Maui Parkshore #306 It was an absolutely wonderful experience to have coffee on the Lanai, soaking in the spectacular view. It was literally a matter of crossing the street to be floating in the warm waters and then closing the afternoon with a swim in the pristine pool. Then soaking up the setting sun and having a great sleep with the ocean breeze washing over us!
