Underwhelming

The location was great! COVID just makes all the staff seem lazy. I know there doing “Their best” but it just seems lazy. Beds were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately all the time slots were booked for the hot tub so we didn’t get a chance to use it.

Great Place To Stay And Excellent Skiing!

The Coast Sundance Lodge is ideally located right next to the chairlifts for easy access to the slopes. The lodge staff are very friendly and all the Covid-19 protocols were followed closely. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with a kitchenette which allowed us to cook our own meals and stay safe. The bed was very comfortable and the gas fireplace kept the room warm and cozy. The room rates are very affordable and this made it a must stay for our ski vacation this time and for future ski trips!

Covid-19 ski trip

Overall a great little ski trip to Sun Peaks. Room was comfortable and pretty clean. Don't go looking behind the furniture, not so great there. Staff were great at reception. Everyone seemed to care we had a good experince. With covid-19 having the kitchen was critical to our enjoyment. Able to social distance much more easily. The room we occupied was quite good. But it's getting old and a little tired. At some point it's going to need a refresh. If you're there to ski, I doubt there is a better place to stay for ski-in / ski-out. Be careful what room you occupy. We had a floor between the bar below and our room. One night it did effect our sleep. Suspect right above the bar it would be a bigger problem.

Well located hotel with exceptional staff!

This hotel is located in the heart of Sun Peaks. The staff at the front desk are friendly, welcoming and exceptionally helpful. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Parking is somewhat challenging at this location, but with a little patience, there will be available spots. Overall, a great hotel for the price!

Really nice hotel, we really liked how the ski hill was right out front and that the night skiing was open for the kids to go to. We also were really happy to see the New Years fire works they were amazing. We would stay here again.
