I can't stop talking about how amazing my stay at the Hyatt Kelowna was. The hotel was so clean and modern and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The underground parking made me feel confident and safe to leave my car all day and over night. The room was stunning and so clean. I felt luxurious when being there. The bathroom was so nice and it had the best lighting because the mirror had a ring light around it. The bed was so comfortable and I had some of the best sleeps I've ever had. My room also had a really nice view and I enjoyed just laying in bed watching the world from my room. The TV was also so convenient because you could easily connect your phone and watch anything you want. And the breakfast was literally the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. It was just high quality and cooked so well. I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Kelowna if you are looking to be impressed. And the prices are not that bad either.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and modern, with a bathroom counter that had lots of storage for accessories. However, the we were only informed the day before their arrival that there was a charge for parking, which was not originally communicated when we booked. After further discussions with the front desk staff, the parking fee was waived. The breakfast included was very good, but we would suggest preplanning and preparing more items ahead of time to reduce delays if they ran out of an item. The breakfast staff members were very friendly and efficient.

Fairly new hotel and very friendly staff and nice breakfast included ! Rooms are new and have large windows and appropriate areas for work and relaxing Parking is underground and is easily accessed and plenty of space ! Overall I would recommend this property if you are planning on visiting the Kelowna area !

Patrick in the Placery bar was a highlight for us, he was amazing! Probably the best service we have had at a hotel EVER! The room was bright, and clean. The staff at the front desk was also helpful, as we have a handicapped dog (pet friendly rooms are on 2nd floor which we found out after unpacking)... we had already checked in and went to our room on the 4th floor and while reading the pamphlet we found out our room wasn't "pet friendly". I went and talked to reception, and they allowed us/our dog to stay on 4th floor.

Staff are always friendly and eager to help. Very clean. Lots of underground parking. I look forward to staying at the Hyatt. What's annoying is, this review on Trip Advisor needs to be a minimum of 200 characters.
