Excellent stay

Excellent time at New York, great staff. We felt relaxed and safe with security at the entrance to our elevator to our room. Missed coffee and appliances in room but excellent food choices right in the hotel. I do mean GREAT food. We will stay here again

Such wonderful staff everywhere we went. Delicious food & entertainment options. Clean casino. Excellent pool & outdoor bar area. If there is an issue, they fix it with pleasure & a smile. Be sure to go to NY Deli for the breakfast burrito & coffee for only $8.95!
Reserve to Premier room and on arrival given a regular room with no compensation

I reserved a Premier Soho room at the New York, New York and on arrival at 11:30 p.m. at the hotel I was told that they were no longer any rooms available of my room type. I'm not really sure what a reservation means if a hotel does not reserve the room for you. I was then told I could be given a subpar room for the same price. No compensation was offered, nor was I offered to be upgraded to a suite or a higher level room because of the hotel screw up. Terrible customer service. I expect better from an MGM resort

We enjoyed our stay here. The room needs some work. The AC was broken. The shower head had terrible water pressure, and there wasn’t a fridge.

Excellent choice of restaurants. Very friendly staff in all departments. Room was basic but we don’t spend much time in it anyway. Mad Apple was an amazing show! A must see.
