    Took Away Out COVID Blues

    Saved our honeymoon! After COVID unfortunately brought our plans to a stand still, we decided to go to Vegas to make up for it. We were not disappointed at Nobu! The check in process was easy and quick. Zoey and Yader were so kind and hooked us up with The Sake Suite. We are excited to continue our stay here and all the amenities that come with staying at Nobu!

    We came to stay in the Deluxe king suite for a staycation and Zoey and the bellman Yarder made sure to accommodate us to an amazing suite with a view of the strip for such a great deal, it seemed like a steal! Zoey was very attentive and explained the upgrade perfectly. Planning more staycations here in the future thanks to them! -Briana Williams

    Caesars overall is very nice but the Nobu rooms are the pits. Stayed for 3 days and it went from bad to worse. Room was not ready by 4 p.m. Strange since the hotel was pretty empty from Covid. We were told it was because of the extra time needed to sanitize the room. B.S. arrived to find the room dirty with used dirty towel on the floor of the bathroom. When we asked the hotel to assist they told us to just pick up the dirty towel and stick it outside the room. Really? I’m not overly Covid sensitive, but can you believe that? The room was half the size of the rooms in the rest of Caesars. No view out the window. No room service because of Covid and when I tried to call housekeeping I got no answer. You are prohibited from putting anything in the room refrigerator. This apparently is a Covid thing, but it really seems designed to force you to buy drinks from them. The so-called gym is a joke. A few old crappy machines. We waited 45 minutes to be allowed to enter the pool area and then there were no chairs available. Keys to the room stopped working after first day. Need I go on?

    At first I was thrown off by the additional walk to the small checkin desk in the elevator lobby. Then after I understood...it made checking Quicker and more “private/exclusive”. I just wondered what would happen if that lobby were to fill up. 4 stars because I absolutely hated the 7th level. There should be even be that level. That’s where the luxury goes out the window...literally. I had at level roof view of the building next door and the behinds of the palace statues. The rooms were nice and clean. Not exactly what is advertised but close. All hotel staff at the Nobu were friendly (The staff who services the rooms more than the front desks clerks). I enjoyed the provided robes and slippers. It’s at a conveniently action in the middle of Cesars Palace. Nice amenity level with water, tea, and apples. I appreciated that they supplied those items along with earphones in the gym. I would stay there again.

    Horrible front desk best to stick with Caesars and don't bother with this hotel

    My first experience with Nobu was horrible. I wasn't treated with the same hospitality that I'm used to at Caesars. The front desk wasn't helpful during my check-in process. I have never waited 4 hours to get a room, the two gentlemen at the front desk were not helpful with handling the situation or offering any type of resolution. They didn't provide us any update throughout the process but insisted that our check-in time would be at 4 pm. He said "we committed to get us the room that we booked" while denying us any alternative solution or get our room ready on time. In the end, they didn't even acknowledge our inconvenience. This first experience at Nobu has made me doubt, choosing ever Nobu again in the future. The hotel itself isn't that great. You get your own little check-in lobby separated from Caesars' main lobby. They have one ice machine for whole hotel so you have to take an elevator to the floor with an ice machine. We get no view from our room. The bathroom has a unique design. Overall the only good thing about this hotel is inside Caesars Palace, you might as well book Caesar's Palace instead of this place.
