There was obviously a pipe issue at the hotel. My room had horrible noises the entire night. Nothing that maintenance could fix. It was an engineering issue. There was also a distinct smell of sulfur in the lobby area. The rooms were very pretty and large. However, not being able to sleep the night before a large business convention was awful. The compensation I was offered was to take off the $30 resort fee. The room was $292 at a convention rate. I still paid over $550 for two nights. Not good for not being able to sleep. I am sure other people have better experiences. Being honest. Not good for me.

Poor service , broken toilets ( both main and powder) , no complimentary tea/ coffee in the room . Won’t be staying again. Very Disappointed. When brought to attention , no replacement offered , just inconvenience of repairs with strangers in the room. Awful experience.

If you are looking for something out of the hustle & bustle this may be for you. The rooms are clean and modern. I highly recommend Skyfall bar on the top floor, or so. They had a happy hour on a Monday, but the views are worth the price of a drink!

Just tuck behind MANDALAY bay and next to four season this great hotel ( I call it boutique ) has the best space. Let me start with parking. It has separate parking area from Mandalay bay and valet is so easy and always available. You enter hotel and you are facing check in desk ( 50-60 yard ). On the right hand side you have coffee shop and restaurant for breakfast. My check in was so easy and fast. You enter room and just by entry it’s first toilet ( you have 2 toilet ). Sitting area and fridge and small sink good size sofa ( not sofa bed ). I had strip view and on 36 floor. You have a master bed room with the most comfortable bed. I stayed in every single hotel in strip but this is the best bed and mattress and pillow I asked for. Don’t forget to use bathtub as it’s so relaxing. I didn’t had a change to visit the restaurant ( roof top ) and I really missed it but I am sure it’s fun and great view. From hotel lobby you have access to Mandalay bay and shopping centre but this is the only issue I had during my stay which I passed it few days There is strong smell in that hallway ( access from Delano to Mandalay I mentioned it once but answer wasn’t relevant. Now these are my suggestion and hope works for you: From Delano To mid strip like ( aria ) it’s around 1.7 miles but it will take you around 40 min to walk including lights and bridge. You may use tram but still takes time to walk but generally I don’t mind at all. I am palming to stay in Delano again as I really like the size of suit and of course bed. Have a wonderful time in Vegas ??????

Great property and first class service and staff. Only complaint...and this is funny....was everyone in the group complained about the Toilet paper and face tissues...more like light weight sand paper....for a group to discuss toilet paper at breakfast the first morning of a vacation tells you something....other than that great food, drink and services. DO NOT DRINK THE COFFEE next to the in room coffee maker....or you will pay $ 14 for that privilige...take the elevator down and got 20 yards to the coffee shop and pay a third of that amount. Other than those two issues...OUTSTANDING.
