Black mold in the walls????? I took video and photos of the hallway, because the wallpaper was coming off and there was an odor coming from there. The entire experience, from check-out, was TERRIBLE. Check-in: The line at counter was very slow. When I got my keys, they didn't work on the door. I had to go back and forth from the 39th floor to the front desk to resolve the key issue. I wasn't able to actually get into my room until an hour after check-in. Stay: The bathtub had what looked like blood dots. Nothing in the kitchen, no cups, no coffee maker (you have to request one and pay $20). The soap dispensers in the bathroom had an odor. Curtains did not close all the way, so light came in during the night. My third day, my door keys stopped working and I had to wait in the slow line at check-in counter. On check out, I could not do it, so I waited in long line, where I quickly checked out once I got to an agent.

This was my first time in Vegas. We picked Vdara because it is non-smoking and small. You do have to walk through another hotel to get to the Strip, however, so you can't avoid a smoky casino. The room was quiet and clean. The furniture is well worn and could stand an upgrade. It's also somewhat dark and could use stronger lighting in the kitchen area. There is a small fridge and microwave, with a table for two. There is NO COFFEEMAKER but there is Starbucks in lobby. We did have a glitch at the front desk with them not having a record of my credit card on file (despite it going through at checkin). The staff was polite and helpful and offered a credit for the inconvenience. The bed was comfy and slept great! I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome for my 1st vacation ever in Las Vegas with my son. Starting with check in experience at the lobby, i forgot her name, but she is so awesome keep smiling and attention to detail with what we are looking for. Anyway , we had to changed the rooom and i explained to guest service why and they changed right away, solving the problem so quick and of course with extra "perk". They really have a good customer service and you can feel that they want you to be happy enjoyed the vacation. They gave us Room on 36th floor with amazing view. I love the location so much, so easy to commute, in front of the hotel always have Taxi stand by. All the staffs so warmth and keep smiling with us. I definitely will come back stay here in the near future

I have stayed at quite a few locations on the strip, and this one is my least favourite. The room was absolutely fine, bar one thing. I stayed in a Vdara Fountain View Suite and my bedroom window looked directly into somebody else’s bedroom, same as my living room window. This made me want my blinds down which defeated the objective of the view. Very strange, and awkward when the other person was in their room! Otherwise it was a very nice room. Realistic times, Aria 5-10 min walk, Belagio 10-15 min walk, Cosmo 10-15 min walk (to restaurant / gaming - not entrance which is very close). Shops are quite far away so a good 40 min round trip walk for cheaper water etc. I will stay elsewhere on next trip, but glad I finally tried the Vdara out.

Beautiful hotel. Smells fresh and clean as soon as you walk in. Connected to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, and Aria. Everything you need is just a couple steps away. Perfectly located directly center strip. Executive corner suite was spacious and modern. Loved the microwave and full sized refrigerator with its own ice maker. Never waited more 30 minutes for any type of service requested. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. We ordered in suite dining for breakfast and what a magnificent experience!!! Would definitely recommend.
