    Regardless of circumstance, Westgate and SuperBook do it again!!

    Our annual trip to the SuperBook, even with mask-wearing in effect, did not disappoint. It never has! We meet here every December for the past 15 years. Great times, great food, great service, clean rooms, and a little luck in the SuperBook to add icing to the cake. See you again in a short eleven months!

    ROOM 935 WAS TERRIBLE!

    I love the interior look of The Westgate, but my room was terrible. 1) The tub spout leaked so much water non-stop, it was a waste! I hate wasting water. I reported it, an engineer came, and he said the pipes needed to be replaced. My reaction was..."okay, then get it done." Sadly, the stopper is rusted so it's probably been like that for years and the hotel prefers to waste water. 2) The room is way too dark. Having 2 dim saloon-looking lamps light a room is ridiculous. 3) I know we are in a pandemic, but having 1 tiny trash can in the bathroom is not sufficient for a hotel room. Come on people! Don't you know we eat out when we're on vacation? We need trash cans, especially since rooms aren't cleaned on a regular basis because of Covid. 4) I like how you packaged the soap/shampoo kit, but can you find a better-smelling set? It all smelled like men's cologne. Yuck! 5) Better insulate your doors so we don't hear every conversation in the hall. Yikes! I was awakened several times in the middle of the night. All in all, save the earth and stop wasting water. Provide trash cans. Dust the rooms. Add lighting so we can see what we are doing. Change out your toiletries. Then I'll be back. Thank you! :o)

    I attended the happy hour for owners and the hospitality by Loreal and Braxton was outstanding. they kept the area clean; the presentation of fresh fruit, cheese & crackers with wine(s), beers and sodas was arranged neatly and they followed all of the covid safety precautions.

    I love Westgate, property is clean and following all Covid19 safety policies. The staff everywhere on the property is amazing. Our room was upgraded and had a nice patio to sit out when the day warmed up

    Excellent Service and Outstanding Hospitality. Guy is very Professional on what he do and he made sure that we are taking care of. My family appreciate all his assistance and made our stay very comfortable, exciting and fun. From the Osteria family, thank you for having him as our Concierge and he deserves to be acknowledge for all his efforts and commitment.
