Overall a nice hotel. The staff are hardworking and pleasant. The pools are busy. We booked a premium package with flights and shuttle included. In the package we were advised that there would be a bottle of sparkling wine and petite fours in our room at checkin, additionally a bottle of tequila in the room. Not that we needed it, but when we went to the premium concierge they had no idea what we were talking about. We were also advised of a turndown service, which did not happen until we were there for 3 nights. When we checked in to our room, we had one large and one small towel in the bathroom for 2 people. As we were 2 friends travelling together, we asked for 2 beds, this was not an option, only a king bed. We were looking for help to get to San Jose del Cabo and we were given a map with limited information as to how to specifically walk into town. Our google map was far more helpful. We went to the Mexican restaurant twice because of the wonderful service we received on the first visit. However with the second visit, we did not receive any acknowledgment until we flagged down our service. Other people seated after us were served first. Overall we have no serious concerns as we could see the majority of the staff were working hard, shout out to Axel for his smiling face and hustle and Carlos our server in the Mexican restaurant, they stood out for excellent customer service. We had a nice time for the price.

Breakfast was so great and Martha y Javier were so helpful and treated us so kindly at restaurant ola……….I can’t wait to come back and visit! ….. it was matched with some spectacular food and a gorgeous view of the beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yamilet perez and freddy morales are the waitress in the bar omg they are so funny and entertained us so much,I never laugh so much in a bar . She made us feel comfortable like we been there before . I enjoy the drink they was delicious and I recommend them all the time

Yamilet Perez & Freddy Morales were absolutely the most amazing bartenders. They were always helpful and cheerful, ready to help and answer questions. They made our trip that much better by getting to know them. Thank you to Yami & Freddy!

The service in the premium lounge from Axle and Fernando was exceptional. They both remembered us from previous stays which is a good customer service skill. And service was prompt and accurate. Fernando and Axle are a valuable asset to your team for sure. And house keeping also went above and beyond expectations. I did have a problem with the A/C in my room. But not a huge problem. Food was just average. The buffets were better than the average buffet.
