Hacienda Encantada Resort

We can’t say enough about Andres, Neri, Celestine and Antonio. They were so accommodating and willing to do whatever was needed to make your visit fantastic. One day we were leaving the resort and Andres was coming to work, he saw us and yelled hello to us by name. This server is the best. We had company come down for four days and they were so pleased with how great they were. The food is amazing at the pool bar too.

One of our favorite places. Bell boys, security at front gate and lobby staff always friendly and greet you with “Welcome Home” or smile at check in or when returning to the resort. Everyone from grounds staff to waiters also on point with a friendly Hola or Buenas Dias when walking anywhere on the resort property. I particularly enjoyed 4pm pickle ball everyday this trip with Carlos and Monse. They are in charge of activities including stretching, water and sand volleyball, and Friday karaoke nights etc. Carlos also went out of his way to work with my wife who has back issues in the pool. They are a great addition to an excellent resort staff. We are already looking forward to Christmas this year and am planning on upping my pickle ball game to beat Mr Lens Crafter more often. We just returned from a week long stay. My sister in law has been coming down since 2007, however this was my husband and my first time there. We had an amazing time! The view of the ocean and whales from our room and pool side we're spectacular! Carlos & Moncie were so much fun, pool volleyball & sand volleyball, darts, they're perfect for the activities staff! All of the staff were fantastic! The only thing my husband and I both commented on were the drinks from the bar by the pool. You do everything else at a 12 out of 10 but the mixed drinks....were okay. Other than that, there's nothing else I can say but wonderful things about our week! Looking forward to coming back.

Just returned from a week at this fantastic resort. Food is really good, accommodation outstanding and the VIEW! Want to give a shout out to our concierge Klaribel. She was always so helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble for her, another shout out to Rafael at Barolo. Food outstanding and undivided attention. Thank you for a wonderful week.

A beautiful place with lots of fun things to do and great places to eat. Our butler, Giovanni, provided excellent service. Housekeeping provided by Johany was very thorough and clean. During our stay, we enjoyed a number of activities such as snorkeling, whale watching, shopping, and UTV rides.
