    AWFUL. The place was disgusting. There was piles and piles of seaweed in the water, you could not even swim nor walk through it. The food was awful and no effort put into it. The resort was dirty and reeked of vomit everywhere you went. The workers were the rudest humans I have ever encountered, acting like they served us for free and we owe them. As if we didn't pay a ton of prepaid money for this terrible trip. The pools and hot tubs were filthy, so much dirt and debree and food in them. Over all, you could not pay me to go back to that place and I was sprinting to the airport when the trip was over. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. spend it on a nice enjoyable vacation, anywhere but here.

    HORRIBLE: Tried to reschedule or cancel due to Corona Virus and they want to charge me 2 nights charge plus taxes

    Tried to reschedule or cancel due to Corona Virus and they want to charge me 2 nights charge plus taxes. I would never book here again. I told them I booked thru Orbitz and they said I had to deal with Orbitz and its Orbitz cancellation policy which is a lie, as on Orbitz it clearly states its the hotels cancellation policy. Every airline in USA is offering free reschedules and the Breezes Resort wants to keep $400 to reschedule. Talk about super low morals and having zero understanding of customer service and building a brand to look up to during a time where people cant even get toilet paper and pay for bills . Such a shame that there's companies like this out there.

    A friend and I arrived at the resort some time in February 2020. Upon arriving we joined the lengthy heated check-in line. Everyone in the line, with us as the only exception, was given a complimentary fruit punch drink. When we pointed out to the server that we did not received any drinks and inquired into why we had not received any drinks he was not able to give a response or valid answer. We were highly offended that we were not able to receive the same treatment as the other guest. It shows that racism/discrimination is still rampant, even on the Caribbean islands. Further, the representative at the check-in desk was VERY rude. We tried to remain patient with her; however, she insisted on giving attitude. She had no idea what was going on or how the process worked. We asked to speak with her higher up, but she said her manager was on lunch and could not be contacted. We stood at the check-in desk for at least 50 minutes attempting to resolve an issue. All in all, the experience was not what we were expecting. We were highly disappointed ! I don't know if there is any way for me to get a different experience or feel about this resort.

    We stayed at Breezes in Nassau Bahamas for 8 nights the hotel is 15 minutes at the most from airport we checked in and our room was ready the room was clean and cool the food was excellent the drinks were great also the pool and the beach area were always very clean the staff was excellent throughout our stay we will definitely be back to Breezes

    We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Breezes Resort after being there for 2 weeks in January. A big thank you to Miss Brown at the lobby reception for going above & beyond getting us an ocean view room in the East wing. Also many thanks for Trenice, Gabrielle & the other bartenders at the pool & lobby bars. The Caesars were perfect! Thank you to the entertainment staff - Marvin, D'von, Larry, Oprah, Neesha, Mario, K'heil & all the others for fun & games. Chef Cedric made us a wonderful surf & turf dinner at the Garden of Eden & another night he made us fried conch - delicious!. Thank you, Mo for all the towels! This was our 8th trip to Breezes & we will definitely be returning again.
