Room was damp, but Atlantis access was amazing!

We stayed here for free for five nights on points, so we actually paid $500 in fees. But we got six days at Atlantis basically for free which was incredible. The cheapest room at Atlantis was $700 a night. The room, as expected, Was pretty damp, even though it was recently renovated with new furniture. They worked on the air conditioner, but never could take the dampness out of the air. We travel extensively and this was beneath Our standards, but still worth it for the free access to Atlantis. Breakfast was good. The best thing about the hotel is the staff; they were all really amazing. So friendly and helpful, every one of them. I think our stay would’ve been about $2000 compared to 3500 at Atlantis if we have paid cash. If it’s easy to afford Atlantis that’s a better choice, but if you want to save some money and can put up with the dampness of the hotel, this is a good option. Literally a four minute walk to Atlantis.
SUN AND FUN!

What a great week at Comfort Suites on Paradise Island! Check-in was so easy and my room was huge and I loved the sofa and work space. The friendly staff and super clean room every day was great. I think my favorite part of this hotel was the incredible breakfast every morning! I will stay here again!
Could be amazing

Pros: The pool area, outside landscaping and look of the hotel, free hot breakfast with good options, and proximity to Atlantis and restaurants. Cons: Small beds (double), smelly rooms that made clothes smell, smelly water, old furniture. The rooms are in desperate need of updating, but the hotel has a lot of potential. I would love to return once the rooms are renovated.
Exactly what we needed

This was our second stay at Comfort Suites. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and was clean and large. There is a fridge in the room and a microwave located just down from the lobby which is convenient for reheating some of the large meals we got in the area. The grounds of this hotel are beautiful with a pool, on-site restaurant, and bar. Breakfast was included with the stay and there was always something to help start our day off. We enjoyed the Rum Punch party on the Friday and were given two adult drink vouchers along with a $50 off coupon for the on-site restaurant and the meal was delicious. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. We came for the access to Atlantis and had zero problems entering both days that we went. You are given cards upon check in and these are presented at the adventures desk in the royal tower for your daily wristbands. We had to present these to get into the royal tower so make sure you have them on hand once you make your way through the casino. We never waited more then 5/10 minutes and had access all day long. Atlantis is just out the back of this hotel and up it’s driveway l, 5 minute walk at most. We entered the first day at 2pm and the second day went in as two separate groups as we had two cards. Two went in at 10:30 and the other two entered at 11am. This little gem is an unbelievable deal. We will definitely skip right to this hotel for our next visit to Nassau. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful stay!

Since everything is expensive in the Bahamas and restaurants add 15% gratitude mandatory, to me this hotel is worth it. You get free breakfast and an Atlantis pass. The hotel itself is not wow but don't forget you get what you pay for. To me everything was reasonable. Gizelle the lady at the front desk is amazing. She helped us to change our room. Also, she ordered our room decorated for my son's birthday despite being so busy due to spring break and our last-minute notification. She is so kind, welcoming and helpful.
