Kristopher, the hotel concierge made our trip special. He remembered who are from our last visit, made sure we had the same room we loved and was there to help with anything we needed. Leo also did the same. He is always eager to do anything he can to make our stay as easy as possible. We love the people there!

Fresh back from another stay at The Anaheim Hotel and we already can’t wait until we can return! The Anaheim Hotel is truly our home away from home in every regard. Candi is the face of the brand to us and she just happened to be working when we arrived. She greeted us by name which is so welcoming. She is always professional, positive, and energetic. Candi is a ceaseless advocate who will leave no detail undone to earn your repeat business. (As always, thank you Candi!) There are so many fine features at The Anaheim Hotel that it’s difficult to have a favorite one. The prime location, the mid century modern decor, the beds, the pool, the Pizza Press restaurant . Did I mention the pool and the beds? Eating pizza by the pool while listening to Frank Sinatra is a simple luxury you must treat yourself to. Everyone you encounter at The Anaheim Hotel, staff and guests alike, will have a smile on their face. Come see why.

We stayed here for the second time (twice this year because we loved it to much the first time!). The staff couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful. Leo and Victoria are the nicest managers, Kristoffer, Marissa, Lesley, and the rest of the staff are so helpful and kind. I fell and hurt my ankle trying to cross the street to Disneyland and Leo came rushing out with a wheelchair that he then let me borrow for the rest of our stay here. Victoria checked in on us every night when we came back from the parks to make sure we were ok. The hotel itself is super cute and very retro. The first floor units are really nice with small yards, there’s lots of cool stuff to do at the hotel, and the beds are so comfortable. So were the pillows! We can’t wait to stay here again on our next Disneyland trip. Thank you so much everyone!

We inquired about an upgrade to our room and was given the upgrade as well as two bottles of water for joining the anabella club. It also entitled us to discounts for the restaurant and bar. The front desk was courteous and always greeted us whenever we walked past. The hotel room was quiet with the occasional child yelling but it's close to disneyland so to be expected. The room itself was clean and serviced daily. Thank you so much for the hospitality and great service!

I chose this hotel because I had received a special D23 member offer, and because it was so close to the Park entrances. We found that the staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to park in the hotel lot for a lot less than Disney parking, the location is about a block away from the East Esplanade entrance, the room (Deluxe Room, 2 King Beds) was large, the beds were comfortable which is so nice after all day at the Parks, there was a couch and a desk with chair, and the toilet and shower were separate from the large vanity area which made getting ready easy for multiple people. We will definitely stay here again!
