I've haven't stay here in years since wrestlemania 33 anyway the property Is going threw upgrade about time as well! I honestly wish they wouldn't charge for breakfast for this place tbh the price isn't bad but it's ok anyway no traffic noise just loud kids and people slamming doors at 7am!!!! Like come on most like to sleep in till 10am or so but beds were comfy shower wasn't as hot water pressure must be looked at as well but overall solid place but please bring this hotel in to modern era
Basic hotel, loud traffic noise, double check shuttle works for you

Decent Basic hotel. Rooms were clean and adequate. Grounds nicely landscaped, pool area had lots of chairs and stocked towels. Fairly central Location. Our main complaint was the traffic noise, its very very close to a major road and one side of the hotel and the pool area faces that road. The other side faces the large quiet parking lot, and I'm sure that side was quieter. Second complaint was the advertised shuttle service was not as useful as I'd hoped. The first shuttle to Disneyworld is at 9:55 am, to me that was fairly late in the day. The last pick up from Universal is at 7:20. So we couldn't use the shuttle for either Disney or Universal. My bad for not checking the shuttle schedules, but I had specifically choose this hotel because of that service and it was not useful to us at all.
Ok Stay

The hotel is undergoing renovation. Room has a nice size with a fridge, microwave and a coffemaker, 2 double beds. I had stayed here when it was a Clarion. It’s very well located with many restaurants around, very close to Disney Springs and on the other side of I4 you have the Premium Outlet and a Catholic Church. Close to all parks. My room wasnt renovated but it was ok. The bad thing was the internet. It wasn’t powerful enough. Parking is free and there is no resort fee.
Old and Dirty. Nothing updated. Beware!

Hotel hasn’t been updated in 50 years. Dirty, stained carpet. Decor untouched since 1970. Feels dirty and unsafe. Was led to believe this was a 3.5 star hotel but not remotely close. I’m shocked hotels like this still exist in such a tourist-friendly, competitive area like this.
Excellent restaurant staff

The hotel itself was nice & the maid tidied up our room & gave fresh towels everyday which we appreciated. We didn’t use the pool facilities as we didn’t have time & we visited volcano bay at universal anyway, but they looked good. But what I really feel is worth a mention is the restaurant. The food was really, really good! Good selection & always something my boys (7 & 4) would eat. The Mickey waffles for breakfast in the am were especially a hit with all of us. 1 member of staff in particular stood out to us (Jill Osborne). We nicknamed this lady our ‘holiday mom’ because she went above & beyond! She took care of us every time we were there when she was on shift. She made sure we were never out of coffee, the kids were never out of juice. She fetched us anything we possibly needed & looked after us so well that we didn’t realise until our 2nd or 3rd visit to the restaurant that we could actually refill our drinks etc ourselves because we never needed to! She even made us Mickey waffles on our 1st breakfast in the restaurant & brought over a tray of syrup, choc sauce, whipped cream & sprinkles, marshmallows etc despite it actually being ‘self service’. She cleared our dirty plates & bowls as soon as we were done, so we never had to make space on the table for fresh plates of food if we decided to have something else. The restaurant itself was always clean because she was so efficient. She went above & beyond in every single way! We loved her!
