I have to say I love old key west. We’ve stayed there twice in the last year. Last year the breakfast food from “on the go” was decent. This year, not so much. The cast members barely paid attention to what was ordered, double charged on two occasions., the food was stale, overcooked and just plain nasty. Twice I ordered bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and both times the buns were so stale and the eggs were so overcooked, they were not edible. Our friends did eat at olivas and did say it was decent. The boat schedule to springs should be rescheduled on Friday and Saturday’s. Springs is open til midnight but the boat stops at 11. We got stuck for 45 mins waiting for a bus back to old key west.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at a one bedroom suite at the Disney's Old Key West Turtle Pond area. We loved the privacy and having enough room to spread for the whole family; however, waiting times for the busses getting back from the parks was a bit excessive. Despite that minor set back, I would still recommend this resort

This Disney resort was fantastic. We were lucky enough to have a relative who works for Disney & is a DVC member so we stayed in a 3 bedroom at this resort. The rooms were huge with a decent sized bathroom. Each bedroom on the second floor had two queen beds. The main floor master had one king and a large bathroom. Washer and dryer & a large kitchen & living room were nice to relax and eat in (it was super hot for late October). There was a great balcony to sit on and we could see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom from our room. All kitchen tool were available and the fridge was large enough to accommodate 10 people’s items and goods! The resort staff were so pleasant and helpful. The drove us to our room and carried the bags up 2 flights of stairs for us. There is a restaurant (Olivia’s) and a walk up eatery on site, a little gift shop with basic food necessities. The pool Is large with a giant Mickey slide and a toddler pool next to the sand playground. They have a human sized chess set and hammocks to swing in. The arcade is small but exists! They had movies and an activity every night for kids and pool games with prizes. Just wonderful. The buses come around all day to each park and Disney springs had a small ferry boat to ride over on (this was really nice). I hope we can stay again in the future (it’s very expensive).

    Excellent value!

Recently stayed at Old Key West Grand Villa. Villa was beautiful, spotless, housekeeping were excellent. Bus transportation was fine, no problem getting to parks. Resort is beautiful. Highly recommend.

BUS FROM PARKS DROPPED ME OFF AT MY DOOR STEP.

OLD KEY WEST is a large place, busses go through the resort every 10 minutes. The busses going to the different parks pick you up outside your room, just 100 feet away. Impressive the size of the resort having a large pool in each section. Hand made sandwiches and the famous chips tasted great. The pool open till 10 pm great to relax in after a long day at the parks.
