The Polynesian Village is a great hotel, has convenient access to the monorail to travel to other resorts or the parks. Beautiful Hawaiian style interior, cool restaurants including milo and stitch character breakfast. Cool pool area. Don’t miss getting a dole whip on the rear veranda of the hotel.

I was so incredibly impressed with this resort. We stayed here from July 6-July 11th. One night in a regular room (pool/marina view) and then in a deluxe villa. From start to finish, this was the BEST stay I have ever had at a Disney resort! Our check in was fantastic and I have Scott to thank for that. We got the exact location we requested and it was fabulous. Third floor in Samoa offers a great pool view and the stunning Grand Floridian in the background. The room was so clean and spacious. The next day we moved to Tokelau to a villa with a view of the quiet pool. Our room was ready early and it was so fabulous. My son loved both of the pools and everyone working there is so friendly and warm! A shout out to Arielle who we met in the Ceremonial House. She welcomed us and talked to us for quite a while our room was being made ready. Also thank you to Hiram, Bell Services, whose warm and gracious smile was so kind and helpful! This resort is so incredibly relaxing and the grounds are so wonderfully kept up. We loved being able to walk to the monorail and be anywhere pretty quickly. Another huge perk is you can watch the nightly fireworks at the Lava Pool! I felt so at home here and I cannot wait to return. Polynesian is a gem!!!

    Not worth the money

This was a nice resort but not worth how much it cost. The only real benefit was having the rail to other parks right there. If you have to take the bus it isn’t worth it. Grab an Uber! Later we stayed at a condo and Ubered which was much better. Much less expensive, more room and faster into parks!

Every little detail is perfected at this hotel. We did a split stay and can’t stress enough this was our favorite hotel. The monorail for little ones is a must and traders sams for adults was perfect. The pool, activities and food were out of this world!

Great experience for children! Room not ready at announced 3PM official check in. Got to room at 430 PM. and unable to go to other facilities until later. The hotel, although extremely clean, shows it’s age. Of course Disney is Disney, the best America can offer to the world, but at great expense to families!
