Just wanted to comment on the water and yoga classes I have taken all week here at the Westgate Villas resort in Kissimmee. The instructor BB has done a great job all week the classes are family friendly and fun, especially the water aerobics classes we worked hard but had fun at the same time. BB is knowledgeable and worked with everyone in the class especially the dance class to ensure the participants understood the routine and gave them confidence to try and accomplish the goal of mastering the moves. I highly recommend taken her numerous classes while here at the resort.

Close to Walt Disney World & Old Town. Walmart is across the street for your grocery shopping needs. Water park, miniature golf, restaurant, movie theater, all on site. If you decide to do a presentation, you can receive master or Visa gift card that can be used towards the theme park or dinner, or perhaps anything you want to use it towards.

Timeshare owner here. Came to this location with my son for the first time in April after my family had gone twice last year and enjoyed it. They had some major hiccups though even as an owner where they had to wait an hour to get into their unit because whomever was in the neighboring unit locked the door thereby blocking access to their unit. Maybe their neighbors were ignorant to the fact that locking that door locks out their neighbors but my brother as an owner especially should have never had to wait outside for an hour as his ice cream melted and groceries wilted for them to send someone over with a key. That experience made me hesitant to try the resort but was glad that I did, overall my fist visit was pleasant. My first stay there in April I was in the 5000 building. Staff was very friendly overall. The bedroom had an old tube television which surprised me, but otherwise the accommodations were nice. The jetted tub went unused the first few days because the water would not warm up, finally I called for them to come service it and the gentleman arrived within 30 minutes. He explained that if I ran the bathroom faucets it somehow opened up the hot water for the tub, and after that the trick worked for the duration of my stay. There was a leak in the bathroom sink I discovered and they came to service that rather quickly. All in all I found them to be responsive. Check in during my April visit took at least 45 minutes and I was on the owners line. It was a madhouse, and once that was completed guess what, I had to go over and hand over $20 bucks to go to their presentation before I could get my room key. After a long trip it's not really what you want to deal with just off the plane but I get it that's their bread and butter. It was hard to park outside for the check in because so many people were checking in at the same time. Found a spot and an hour later had a room. If check in takes that long at times perhaps they should consider having an earlier check in or later check out time. They're cutting into valuable vacation time. I wasn't altogether interested in the presentation, $75 gift card or not. I just chalked the $20 up to desperation for a room key after a 3 hour flight, half hour drive, and 45 minute check in. Next day I went to the desk and let them know I wasn't coming. Next thing you know the next morning I got a call with an invite. Then I got a card in my door the day before I left. Finally relented and went. They do the hard sell, so you have to be strong, you do the tour, yada yada yada, walk out with your $20 and your giftcard, but for those unfamiliar they would not know that they have an option not to leave the $20 and take the presentation, which I feel should be clearly explained. Second visit was in September, hurricane season, so no problem checking in. Took about 15 minutes and then the whole spiel with the woman over the timeshare presentation. Declined at first because I did it in April, but was convinced to try it again for the $75 cash bonus and the fact that she said I just did it so it wouldn't take as long. It took as long. Anyway, this stay was also in the 5000 building. this unit had two new tvs but otherwise was identical to my first room, including the problem with the jetted tub. However, this time I had the added problem of the jets not turning on once the water temperature was set and the tub was full. So I called for someone to come have a look and it took about 3 hours for them to come. My husband told them what he thought the problem was and they fixed it instead of doing what they first suggested which would have taken longer. They came around 10 at night after about 4 calls. Then the next day same problem. This guy came within 30 minutes and was out in 5 after we told them what they did the night before. A day later same problem. Guy came in 15 minutes, same guy, so fixed and out quickly. After that we gave up. Son loves the gameroom. Sadly got home and opened the prize he selected and it did not work, wich we had tested it on site. Had the pasta and pizza at Joes. Pizza was good but a little salty for my tastes and meatballs and pasta were just ok. Prices were decent for a resort. So many choices of food nearby no need to fret. All in all an good stay for the most part. They were doing some work on the grounds so some detours. Loved the gym. Son loved the swan boats. Waterpark was adequate. Plan on returning.

While in Orlando we visited the water park for a day. Natalie was bartending and was awesome. The park was busy and she somehow managed the crowd exceptionally leaving no one waiting very long for service.
