This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If you are booked to go I suggest you cancel. Although their website says they have an airport shuttle, they won’t pick you up. Every restaurant is closed. There is no housekeeping daily. You have to call if you want towels or soap. The carpets were filthy. The spa is closed. There is no valet, no luggage service, no in room dining, and even though the sign says there is pool side service, it’s also closed. I called the hotels around this one and they have restaurants open. The only notification you’ll get is when you arrive there’s an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper with very small font saying they will clean your room every four days. Restaurants are closed etc. I contacted Marriott Bon Voy headquarters and they said they’d get right back to me. It’s been three weeks. You don’t get a discount even though you might as well stay at a motel 6. Actually Motel 6 maybe cleaner. I paid over $400 for three nights and had to use GrubHub and Instacart in order to eat. I called ahead about the shuttle and they told me to call as soon as I arrived and they would pick me up. That was not true. The hotel is a mile and a half from the airport. Uber charges $28 to get there. They will pick up airline crew but not hotel guests.

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally well maintained . The staff was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. Their front desk was capable of recording local restaurants and called to make reservations for me. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Limited service, poor front desk service, clean room

There are less offerings available than usual due to Covid including no bell staff and very limited food service. Front desk staff were unhelpful and bordering on rude - the way you expect staff to act if they’ve been laid off and are going through the motions feeling resentful. Room was clean. Food is offered poolside - but closes by dinner time so you must eat off property for dinner or BYO. Service by the pool was very good and I enjoyed my burger. I was nervous about the pool after other reviews indicated it was rowdy but it was perfectly pleasant while I was there.

Hotel was mediocrely clean, our room didn’t have a working AC and when I called front desk to let them know they said they could send a tech up to look at it or I could switch rooms. This was at 10:30pm at night and I have 3 kids under the age on 4 so I requested a tech. None showed up and after 30 min I got a call back asking if we felt a difference in our room because they were able to control the AC from down stairs. I said no! Then she said well we could switch your room, at this point I was so upset because that’s not what they told me when I called and the lady on the phone was not apologetic at all or empathetic. She recommended a fan and I agree to that because my kids were finally asleep and I didn’t want to wake them up. The kids pool was dirty and none would go and service us on that side. Go spend your money somewhere else. Horrible hotel.

As an avid lover of the Renaissance brand I have been to many. This is by far the worst. The only positive is the room was clean. The parking lot littered with beer cans and Capri Sun pouches was an eyesore upon arrival. Carpet in lobby was heavily stained as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. I understand we have a pandemic happening, however, that is not an excuse to not uphold appearances and maintain cleanliness. Many amenities were closed and the food was only available on weekends. Only one pool was available and the other ones were either drained or grossly discolored.
