Jisselle in guest services was warm and funny. She was excellent and helped us troubleshoot our restaurant reservations. Would recommend this resort to anyone. The food was great, clean, very big and family friendly. Came here with my husband and our friends

This hotel is beautiful and the service was excellent, food was delicious and the drinks were really good . Kenia was wonderful she took care of us and made sure everything was ok the maid kept our room nice and neat . It’s was a 10/10 stay . I highly recommend.

Steffany's massage experience was amazing! She was welcoming, professional, and providing a relaxing and soothing massage. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting ?? This was my second trip to the spa and both were the same level of service.

We had an amazing trip and stayed for two weeks. I have to admit that when I first arrived I was a little disappointed in the service as I think they could use more staff, but near the end, we found a really great waitresses, and an amazing hostess in the main buffet! you have to sit where Delmira, the waitresses and Kenia the hostess greet you, they were my absolute favorite. there was also an amazing waitress at the buffet near the pool and beach. I wish I could remember her name but she would give us flowers. Every time we saw her. The grounds were spectacular, pizza, potatoes, the meat, the fruit were all excellent. If I could offer some suggestions, I would say there needs to be more waiters, and happier, waiters, and bartenders. Although Carlos and Jessica at the margarita bar were wonderful, also suggest more air-conditioned bathrooms, as there was only one near the pizza place by the pool. It was also the nicest and cleanest. We have travelled a lot and there’s always things that could be improved but overall we were so happy that we will We absolutely return here!
