    Great vacation!!! Felix at the pool and beach was soooooo amazing he greeted us every day with my wine and margaritas. The beach was kinda windy with sea weed that they worked hard to Keep clean. The food provided by the different restaurants was really good with VARIETY. We had hibachi, Italian, steak, lobster, shrimp, chicken, fish, goat, ice cream, cheese cake, regular cake... you name it(in my Shirley Ceasar voice).The gym was breathtaking. Junior we as very professional and nice. The staff is so kind and accommodating. Daisy was our hostess- so sweet. They provided daily and nightly entertainment: magic show, movie nite, musical performances, dancing shows, archery, sailing and more. The room was amazing: very clean the staff was very clean and practiced safety COVID practices. Our flight got delayed they came back to get us and let us stay an extra day at a discount. Needless to say -We will be back!

    Beautiful hotel, amazing service and great overall experience. The hotel was pretty much empty which made the experience even better. The staff is very attentive and friendly and their service was a 10 out of 10. The architecture of the hotel is modern and state of the art, beautiful and appealing. The room was beautiful and spacious. I stayed at the Zilara which is the adult side. The pool is amazing and we spent most of our days there. The restaurants were also very good and the cocktails were non-stop. I recommend this hotel 100%. They have great staff members like Frauducio, Felix, Domingo, Yoyo and Allisson. Very friendly people that makes you feel welcome and at home. You need to stay at this hotel if you are looking for an amazing relaxing experience!! I am definitely going back!

    Personal very respectful and polite, they treat you very professional and friendly, making you part of them. The place is very clean and COVID-19 safe, food, drinks, service is excellent! I just can’t wait to come back!

    Deciding to still go ahead and not cancelling this vacation due to Covid-19 was the best decision I made. I am going to start by saying that I've never felt safer. From the moment we arrived at the hotel was a great experience. From the lobby the first thing you see is the breathtaking view of the premises with gorgeous sea as the backdrop. We were then welcomed with the most beautiful and sincere smiling eyes (the staff wear masks all the time for everyone's safety), we then proceeded to do our check in where the Resident Manager Hilario Peralta personally introduced himself to us and made himself available to us in case we needed anything. Everyone there made sure to let us know how happy they were to have us there with them. The property is gorgeous, extremely clean, breathtaking views everywhere you look. We had an Ocean front room and waking up to that view was the best feeling! I must mention that our bed and pillows were one of the best I have slept on (and I travel a lot). Our personal buttler Bladi was amazing as well! what an incredibly sweet and hard working guy! we were so thankful to have him. The food...Oh my, what can I say...AMAZING! Every single restaurant we went we couldn't believe how delicious everything was. The decor, the friendliness of the staff, everything A+. A big congratulations is in order to Miguel Guerrero from food & beverage managment department for having everything running so smooth and efective. We were treated like royalty by him and his staff. The hostess and waiters from the Chinola restaurant made our mornings super special with the delicious breakfast and super attentive service. Do yourself a favor and find Mayelin to care for your while at the pool. You will not regret it. This girl is the most vibrant, attentive, sweet and funny person. Every drink she brings you and every word she says comes with the biggest smile from the heart. Domingo Beltre the chief concierge and Jhonatan the bar man also made our trip super special by their special attention to details and their very nice personality. The most amazing staff who made us feel safe every single minute by wearing all PPE and by keeping social distance at all time. The incredible decor, the delicious food, every single thing about this hotel makes it a winner and a place that I am looking forward to return veeery soon.

    6 days of Heaven in a Hidden Paradise.

    Let’s begin with saying that this resort truly is a breathe away from being a 5 Diamond Paradise. From moment you arrive even in a time that the world faces a painful heartache of a pandemic Playa Hotel and Resorts has created one of the safest places on earth, Hyatt Zilara Capa Cana. The moment you arrive and step out of your transportation from the view of the ocean and sanitization mats, all employee wearing masks, social distancing markings and hand sanitizing stations they are prepared to make it your home. Your bellman team to include Pedro and Jose immediately greeting you with a heartfelt sincere welcome. I can not speak for the normal check-in, however my family made the best choice and that was to be a club access suite. (Do not hesitate to upgrade or take the time book it correctly it’s worth every penny.) The moment you enter the Bongo Lounge you are blessed with the true gems that make this resort paradise among the heavens during your stay. The butler team you will be assigned are the soul and fire behind your stay and truly you should request Mr. Enger Walker & Mr. Alejandro. They made sure our needs, safety and pleasure were of the upmost priority. These two men may be the crowning jewels, but I can not forget the tips of the crown such as Darling the Club Manager. Her passion is felt in the entire lounge and everyday your greeted with love and passion in a place by the 5th day we would call home. Next one of the most important things required daily the best Barista in the cafe, Mr. Sandy. We found ourselves finding him 2-4 times a day or a pick me up and disappointed when his shift changed to evenings. Personally he belongs on the morning shifts with his heart and passion greeting each guest in the morning. Next the true “Ruby” on the crown our favorite bartender Ms. Rubi. She is included in our picture and we travelled to whatever bar she was assigned to that day. She remembered our flavor choices and needs making custom offerings daily. Next is the 24k coating on the crown and that’s pool Bartenders Mr. Felix and Junior. These men worked hard for everyone at all times and truly never made you wait long to get your favorite drink or a bottle of water. Next I think a shout out is required to gardeners, maintenance and housekeeping staff. The ladies cleaning the 5th building left no stone unturned. Even the management team from top to bottom can be seen making small corrections that make this resort stay glowing. Ms. Heidi, Mr. David and Mr. Milan truly are the wheels behind the vehicle driving this machine with the a leader who was personable, sincere and the key to grow it to the best resort in Punta Cana Mr. Pedro Thomas. Now after reading this you probably are wondering why only 4 stars. There is still areas for improvement and I will explain. First, the inconsistency in food preparation, quality of food and variety of deserts. It wasn’t inedible but you would order a poached egg that would be perfect on Tuesday and a bouncing ball on Wednesday. You would be served a steak and the first knife you receive is dull, and maybe the steak a perfect Medium or next day cooked well done and dry. I sadly had one manager a Mr. Hilario who made the excuse that it maybe change in staff or lack of understanding. He was the only person who from across the room was the last to greet you with a tradition Hyatt family greeting or welcoming daily check up. Unlike the rest of the managers he seemed to steer away from the guests. It created a sore spot with me, and when I raised the concern with his direct superior Mr. Milan I was met with a “I will speak with him!”, but there another half point was lost cause it did not change his interactions for the remainder of the stay. Next I must mention the small issues like in room 5123 left sink faucet control was hooked up backwards so when you would attempt to brush your teeth with cold water, instead almost scald your appendages. Lastly the last complaint was the sports club. The inconsistency with having standard drinks available, a DJ who failed to listen to what people want to hear and continued to play Latin music even after many Americans requested certain hip hop or even 70’s music. If those few negative things can be rectified ladies and gentleman you have found the WORLDS BEST ALL INCLUSIVE. It has my wife and I already returning to them as a secondary family home within less than one week. Truly my family will forever see Ms. Rubi, Mr. Enger, Mr. Alejandro, Mr. Felix , Mr. Sandy, Mr. Junior, and managers Ms. Darling, Ms. Heidi, Mr. David, Mr. Milan and Mr. Pedro Thomas familia. DO NOT WAIT TO TRY THIS RESORT, Book it and go nowhere else.
