We stay at all inclusives twice a year. This resort blows every one we’ve ever stayed at away. We spent a little more this year because it’s our 25th wedding anniversary. It did not disappoint! The staff could not have been more friendly. From the moment we arrived, our service was outstanding! Be sure to visit Enrique at the swim up bar! Ana our poolside server was OUTSTANDING. Our concierge Roberto was FANTASTIC. Always checking on us to see if we needed anything. The food everywhere we ate was outstanding. Kind of bummed they didn’t have a dinner buffet every night, just as on option. The entertainment was never dull. Activities all day every day. Always something going on in the evening as well. The sports bar was our favorite hang out. We loved that it was outside. The beach is beautiful. We had the preferred club swim out. Building 25. I do recommend the preferred club, you have more options. Our swim out was very nice. We took advantage of it every morning before heading to the beach or pool. Room service is a nice option as well. I highly recommend this resort.

We visited Maroma Beach as part of my fiancés UVC membership and it was an absolutely amazing hotel and experience. We have never had such excellent service. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out nothing is too much trouble. Our room was second to none, the tub on the balcony was a lovely addition as was the jacuzzi bath! The maids for the room were excellent, our room was always clean and tidy as well as the fridge being stocked up regularly. Whilst we didn’t utilise our concierge, Emmanuel, much he was extremely helpful and pleasant whenever we did. We were able to get much of the information we needed from the app and the tablet in our room. The entertainment team were fantastic, always friendly and encouraged people to get involved with games without being too pushy. Special shout out to Oscar for our (unintentionally) private bike tour of the resort, he was so knowledgable and just a lovely lad. The shows on the night are fabulous (although I would give the magic show a miss…. It’s not great) All the waiting staff are brilliant from the poolside drinks to the staff in the restaurants, they are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. our only complaint was the service in the preferred beach club, the waiting staff were slightly rude and took a long time to take our orders/bring drinks. However we did only visit this twice and the rest of staff more than made up for this. I’d recommend trying all the restaurants as they are all lovely, our favourite meal was had at the French restaurant Bordeaux. The spa in the resort is amazing if you get chance to do the hydrotherapy circuit do it it’s fantastic! We did this most days as we enjoyed it so much. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough you are guaranteed fantastic service, amenities, food, drinks and a wonderful holiday.

What a gem of a resort! The service was top-notch, and everything was splendid, from our room to the pool and beach restrooms. With fantastic food, spacious rooms, and a stunning beach, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at the Secrets Maroma Resort as part of a business group trip. First time at an all-inclusive resort and it exceeded our expectations! Our concierge Francia was wonderful as was entire team. Great food, amenities and spa. Highly recommend!

We were celebrating a wedding at the resort with family and friends. The entire wedding experience as well as the vacation experience was top notch. The beach was awesome with the white fluffy sand and beach waiters giving the best service.
