This was our second visit to Coconut Bay, however this time we opted for Serenity. On arrival at a busy airport we were met and chauffeur driven to the resort. We were then introduced to our butler who gave us a comprehensive guide of our room and facilities. All inclusive really does mean all inclusive here. Everything is included even the list of various excursions if you stay for seven nights or more. You really don’t want for anything. All meals at the restaurant are À la cart from a well varied menu and the wine just keeps flowing. You can opt to eat at the various restaurants at the main hotel is you so wish, but our experience was they did not match Serenity. We really would struggle to find any fault other than the weight you gain staying here. I would highly recommend Serenity and will certainly be returning in the near future.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed concerning the combination of room quality , food quality , service , cleanliness and overall niceness of the staff The resort is only 5 minutes from the airport , big plus . It is on the Atlantic side so the ocean water is choppy and it is breezy by the ocean but the pool at Serenity is perfect . The resort at coconut bay is 2 different resorts , we did have access to the other resort , went over for breakfast and then dinner at Calabash restaurant which was very nice but really if you didn't want to leave Serenity you did not have to . We did venture out , we did a sunset cruise , ATV tour thru the jungle and down to a black sand volcanic beach (super fun ) , beach side couples massage , but for the most part just hung at the Serenity side of the resort . There are other activities available dependent on your needs . Our room ,area was spacious and very private , very clean . Our area was like an oasis . It had a plunge pool , hammock , outdoor shower , The actual room had a large stone walk in shower with rainfall head . Great bed , good tv channel options only negative , gym could be upgraded , that said who exercises on their vacation ! my wife The restaurant at Serenity was excellent , not one bad or even average meal , all very well prepared and fresh and tasty . I can not say anything but superlatives about the staff . Our butlers Gregg ,Alden were very attentive and nice . All the restaurant staff were timely , professional . Noytoya especially stood out . Levi and Kay at the outdoor bar were great .Our housecleaners especially Maryanne and Voniah were excellent . Even one of the groundskeepers , Jonathan went out of his way to give us a great experience Overall I would highly recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay and we are going to go back .

My husband and I just returned from Honeymoon, an 8 night and 9 days stay at Serenity at Coconut Bay. First off, we NEVER vacation because of how busy our life is but we are also in the hospitality business so getting time off is difficult. When we planned our honeymoon we wanted to go for a decent length of time. We actually stayed at another resort on the island before coming to this one to break up how long our trip was and we are so glad that we went with Serenity as the second part of our trip. It is right by the airport which makes it very convenient flying in and flying out, especially when you've been traveling for a whole day to get there. The first thing you will notice about Serenity is how relaxing and secluded it is (even though the main resort is right next door), you truly feel royal and pampered from the second you step on the property. The architecture is beautiful and everything truly feels new and the landscape is just breathtaking. We loved having our own private pool in the room and fridge. It was our own little oasis. They truly thought of everything to make Serenity one of a kind. While we were there we met multiple couples you have been back which was really neat since they've only open for three years-- it's clear people love it as much as we do! The customer service is next level, which again is what my husband and I specialize in. Our butlers were fabulous, Dez, Angus, and Quad there for anything that we needed with the press of a button on our butler phone. They always had a smile on their face no matter what they were doing (delivering room service, setting up our cabana, or our private dinner). We loved them all! Our rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day with morning service and evening turndown. Our bartenders specifically Lee who is there during the day kept our drinks full, gave us plenty of laughs, and answered all my many questions about the island. Lee makes some delicious shots and we surely will miss him! Donna D and Kay were normally our night time bartenders and we had a lot of fun being there during Superbowl and celebrating with other honeymooners at the bar i.e. more shots but we always kept it classy. Delon was fabulous as he was mostly in the restaurant taking our order for breakfast where we ate daily-- get a fresh smoothie or juice every day, you won't regret it! Ray the pool attendant was the BEST-- from his bartending skills, flavored popsicles, teaching us about cricket, and bringing us refilled drinks at the pool, he made our stay so special and always left us with a smile on our face. He is so driven to provide the best service possible. Jonathan the coconut man... where to start. First off Jonathan stops what he is doing to come over and check on us and then get us a coconut. I had fresh coconut water every day thanks to Jonathan and it was one of my favorite parts of our trip. We also had the coconut jelly and then Jonathan gave us an older coconut that he opened and we could eat. This was so cool and he was so caring to teach us about the coconuts and the property he takes care of. Everyone is always so happy and relaxed that it makes you feel the same way. You can see how this resort has all 5-star ratings, it is truly magical. Things I recommend: If you can get the grand romance package (catamaran ride, sofriee experience, massages, cabana dinner, ocean cabana lunch) do it because it allows you to look towards something and also gives you activities to do. Eat at the Great House for most of your stay-- their dinner (we found) is much better than the restaurants we went to over at Coconut Bay. Also, they will deliver dessert from the restaurant to your room which was amazing. Coconut Bay gets a little rowdy and you'll see kids running around, so just prepare yourselves... we spent little time actually over there. Grab a cabana by the pool at least once or twice during your stay, they are wonderful!! Find Jonathan (if he hasn't found you yet) and get a coconut to drink. The water has so many healing properties in it and then you can refill it at the bar with a pina colada! If you buy souvenirs, buy them from locals when you go out for activities (we found them to be cheaper and more authentic). Tip the people you love at the end of your stay, yes it is an all-inclusive resort but a tip means so much especially with the exchange rate. You do not need a converter for the resort, I bought one but they have outlets in all of the rooms for US items. There is a reception at Serenity where they have advil, tyenol, pepto, sunscreen, aloe, etc. however bring as much of that as you can because it can get pricey but so nice that they have this because my husband needed aloe. Relax and enjoy your time, remember this is island time so a few things may take a little longer than normal but that's the way it is! Order all the fresh fish-- it's delicious. Make sure your husband brings dress shoes, mine only packed flip flops and tennis shoes (I know, dumb husband) and the restaurant requires you have a nice pair of shoes for dinner. All in all-- we loved every second. We hope to come back in the future and spend another relaxing week at Serenity!!!!

This was a 30th anniversary trip. It was perfect in every possible way. EVERY single member of the staff at Serenity went above an beyond! The staff really seemed to enjoy thier jobs and appeared to be truly happy, kind people. They were willing to help in any way but you have to ask. I'm not used to asking to be served, I'm usually the one serving in my world. As I stated eveyone was wonderful and helped make out celebration very special but I do want to mention a few by name. Tyler at the Greathouse was a treasure as was Angus who was one of our butlers. We also really enjoyed the fresh fish grilled on the beach by Marvius, Imran and Iannic. Everyday we were at the beach we had the fresh fish and it was excellent! The gym was ok, everyday we went all of the machines were being used with a wait line. House keeping was also excellent as well as Vaniah as the night attendant. I can't wait to return. Be sure to stay the 7 days because the Romance Package that is included was wonderful and truly made the trip! Hope to see you soon

This is the most tranquil, relaxing resort on earth. A small hotel with only 36 rooms, the service and food here are completely unrivaled. The room is spacious, comfortable and private, with a cozy “yard” area featuring your own plunge pool with waterfall. You also have you down butler available 24 hours a day. Greg and Alden, who were our butler team, did an amazing job of making sure our every need was met- even anticipating our needs before we knew them.
