My husband and I stayed at the Delta Hotel Suites for three nights in March and were quite pleased with the experience. Service was excellent. We were given cookies and water upon check in and several more water bottles later during our stay. (They also have a water station in the hotel to fill up bottles.) We called front desk with a few requests and had someone at our door within minutes. The door man was also very pleasant. The room was a bit smaller than expected at first, but it is really well laid out, so it felt bigger. The suite has a small kitchenette, dining area, desk area, living room and bedroom. The kitchenette has a small fridge and microwave and dishes (no stove). Although the bathroom is a bit small, it still had a very long counter and space for toiletries and a nice size shower. The place was clean and the furniture was new. I used the gym and it had several top of the line equipment and weights. The hotel is also in a good location, walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The hotel staff was AMAZING!! I wish I would have gotten everyone’s names to include in this review because everyone we came across was great! Beatrix at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful upon check in. Our room was clean and well appointed, one thing I would have liked was a microwave in the room. The on-site restaurant had delicious French fries! It was very easy to get around the city from this property and it will be our new go to place to stay when we are in Vancouver.

Just home from a two day business trip to Vancouver. The Delta is a great choice for business travel. Outstanding customer service, and housekeeping. Nice area off the reception/lobby area to charge your phone/laptop. Great downtown location; close to everything. There's a Breka bakery just a couple blocks away; open 24 hrs. Nice to be able to grab a coffee, something to eat if you're an early riser dealing with a 2 hour time difference (ie: waking up very early Van time!). Rooms are very nice, bed's comfy, bathroom is a decent size. Amazing shower! Will definitely be back.

The hotel and staff are a 10 out of 10. Super friendly and helpful staff!! The hotel itself is perfectly located, close to shops and resautants. Very very clean and well stocked rooms. I highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendly to the moment we left the experience was excellent.

Friendly Helpful Staff. Everyone enjoyed their rooms. Spacious, clean and quiet. Will recommend to anyone heading your way. The restaurant staff could not have been more helpful. The concierge was on top of everything Thank you, we enjoyed our stay!
