I was attending the Vancouver Fan Expo as an artist and the Marriott Pinnacle was one of the hotels with a special rate for exhibitors. I was happy as a Silver Elite member to be staying at the Marriott. It's close to everything I would want, within walking distance. They had a nice bellman at the door to greet me, check in (in person which is what I prefer) was quick, friendly and easy. I had a nice room half way up the hotel. The rooms are nice. The hotel is round and therefore, the windows reflected the round shape of the room with huge glass from one side to the other letting in lots of light. The bed was great, the pillows were unusually shaped (long and round) but were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower and separate bathtub (I am not a fan of showering in a bath tub, always afraid I might slip) and I appreciated that. Climate control was easy to operate in the room, but when the heat had to come on the fan was so loud it sometimes woke me up. It's a great note. I'll happily stay here again...but the fan for the climate control is monstrously loud.

Great location next to the Waterfront. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown businesses. Safe area. Rooms are large and clean. Check in and checkout were fast and efficient. Every member of the staff that we dealt with from the checkin to checkout was professional.

We had a decent stay for both business and pleasure for 5 days at the Marriott Pinnacle. The concierge suite had very good food and excellent service. The restaurant and bar had good food and excellent service. The common areas were very nice. The location was very convenient and Vancouver is very walkable. Our room was dated and small, not what we’ve come to expect from Marriott as titanium elite members. The shower was claustrophobic and designed for giants. Noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms was also a problem. We had a room at the end of the hall, which is usually quiet. But in this hotel it’s where doors for 4 rooms are squeezed together. The view was nice from the top floor.

We were here for the weekend. The hotel was beautiful and they had a wonderful gift shop. The room was very nice. Being downtown, it was a little noisy. I enjoyed being downtown, since we were so close to many wonderful places. Our favorite restaurant was very close to this location.

Highly recommend this hotel. Super duper comfortable room, but the thing that is the best is the staff. Paulo at the front desk was just amazingly welcoming and engaged, the valet the same, and the bar staff were so friendly and kind, Sebastian thank you for replacing my sister’s wine when it was not to her taste so promptly. Will definitely stay here again.
