The Cromwell was an excellent choice. It was right in the middle of everything that I wanted to do and had a walk over right outside the door. It is a boutique hotel. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The only complaint was that you could hear some noise from the street, however, I had ear plugs so it was no problem for me. I also had a leak in my bathroom commode and I called front desk and they came right up to fix it. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

Great wonderful place comfortable and wonderful place to stay. Would and will stay again in Las Vegas for sure once I save more money to spend. The beds were really comfortable and they gave us an awesome view. Lol
If only there were more stars to give!

It was my first time in Vegas and boy was it a great trip! I have to send major kudos to the front desk rep Ariel G who checked us in and out. He was nothing short of amazing and should be used as the model of how customer service should be! He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Thank you for helping my experience be a great one! Rooms were very comfortable and beautifully designed. Centrally located and walking distance to everything! In the heart of the strip! Will for sure come back and stay at the Cromwell
Nice but loud

Nice hotel and ok’d world flavor that comes across nice. Service was excellent and only reason for a 4 vs. a 5 is due to noise levels. We did not stay on a night when the club was going which would have probably been louder but they did not do a good enough job with windows and walls as lots of street and hotel noise comes through loud and clear. They do provide earplugs at reception so guessing they know about this but can’t change it without major remodel. Also eating selections are limited with only Giada’s and Eatwell.
Keep looking! Don’t stay here :(

Do yourself a favor, and pick another hotel! We’ve stayed at numerous properties in Vegas over the past 15 years, and this is by far the worst. Multiple maintenance issues with our room including electrical hazards (missing outlet covers, exposed/broken lightbulb on vanity mirror), broken sink that won’t drain, mold in the shower, and various things that require attention. This property is trying to market itself as a luxe property, but the fact that it was built in 1979 is evident throughout. They only have 2 elevators to service the hotel, 1 was broken for the first 2 days of our stay. The hotel pool is basically unusable by hotel guests. You can access it for free before 1pm, but even then 100% of the chairs cost money to use. THERE IS NOWHERE TO SIT! You’re also prohibited from bringing an iPad or laptop to the pool area…umm hello, some of us have work to do! Also, despite the fact that’s it’s September & 95 degrees in Vegas, we were informed that the pool is CLOSED Monday-Thursday (basically our ENTIRE stay)! Absolutely ridiculous! We would have NEVER booked here if we had known that! I honestly cannot stress how much we do NOT recommend this hotel! We should have booked at one of our usual faves like Aria or the Venetian. Heck, even Paris (which is cheaper & supposedly lower tier) is wayyyy better than the Cromwell.
