A group of friends and I spend 5 days at this resort for a wedding. The service is slow and the “all-inclusive” is limited. There are not enough restaurants for the amount of guests. You are treated like a child with punitive parents; they are looking at the smallest mistake to get you in trouble. One of our friends was waiting for the “main person” to arrive in the next couple of hours to complete the check-in. While he waited he was given a temporary band, his stay was paid in full weeks prior. When he went to the pool, he was unable to get a drink because his band wasn’t accepted it. We were part of a wedding with more than 175+ attendees and one drink was a deal breaker for them. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this resort.
Worst Mazatlan Resort! Stay away!

Honestly, the WORST hotel and resort my family and I have been to. Not only is the hotel staff there very rude, the food is terrible, the rooms are old, the beds are twin sized and the mattresses are horrendous! To add to it, the "all inclusive" package is really not all inclusive, they have different tiers of "all inclusive" and staff seems to notice the color of your band and seems that the color dictates the level of all inclusiveness you experience. Just a honest, horrible experience. It was about 18 of us that went to this hotel and will never return. So disappointing. Save your money and reserve elsewhere.
