This is a monstrosity of a hotel, in fact it’s a visual overload. That being said once we had got through the first 24hrs and found our bearings it wasn’t so bad. The atrium gardens are beautiful and extremely well cared for. I found the Cascades area noisy and impersonal, difficult to sit, have a quiet drink and talk. The variety of shops is small and it’s all ridiculously expensive. We waited to eat at Jack Daniels (see separate review) had a drink at the outside bar near Fuse restaurant. Two drinks, a white wine and a whiskey cost $35. Very small poor on the wine throughout this resort. Room was clean not terribly spacious but adequate. Check in staff were friendly as were the Valet parking team ($40 per night to park). A big shoutout for the Bell Hop guys (apologizes if that’s not the correct name anymore) they were helpful, happy and a very nice welcome and fair well. This is very much a conference hotel, large and noisy. It’s an experience!! Couldn’t use any of the pools inside or out because of awful weather but they looked great.

Extremely great. The Garden atrium is beautiful.Soundwaves is fun for kids and kids at heart. This hotel can be a little pricey at times. In December, there are many holiday decorations and activities.Transportation is provided;there is a shuttle, but be aware it takes a little time for it to get there.I have been there many times and it is beautiful every time I go.
