I hosted a conference at the Scottsdale Princess and the conference attendees also stayed there. Besides beautiful guest rooms and six pools, the conference facilities were outstanding. However, the best thing of all was the outstanding customer service from all levels of staff at the resort. We'll definitely return!
Not safe or practicing safe measures
Sep 16, 2021
No masks. No safe standards or even any attempt to follow CDC guidelines. Room service meals are services in plastic or cardboard boxes and served cold. No hot plates. Plastic wear to eat with. You cant say it for covid as you're not even wearing masks. The property is a joke. Charging full rates but not protecting the guests.
I only say my message therapist in a mast and the maid one time in my room. INSANE. I clearly know who or what your management and ownership is based on what you are requiring of your employees.
