Hard to say anything nice about this place, except for the gardeners passing out the coconuts. It's not tragic but not worth it. Save your time and money, Spend it on something worthwhile.
Here is a short summary of my complaints:
*No hot (or warm) water most of the time in the bathroom. Be ready to shower in cold water.
*Food is average at best.
*Nobody cares at this hotel about you, your experience or quality of service. Nobody was nice or helpful or treated as you as a valued guest. For example, you go to the restaurant, the staff looks at you and they don't even bother to greet you. You walk around the grounds, meet tons of employees and nobody bothers to say hi (in any language).
*Staff is highly demotivated.
*I hoped that my check out would be smooth but it will not be (still at the hotel, leaving tomorrow). Nobody is able or tried to help or arrange how I will leave or where do I need to go or what I need to do. Nobody knows my pick-up time (I do have a pre-paid voucher), nobody told me how I and my luggage will make it to the main hotel, etc. And they do charge for late check out per hour.
*I got ripped off at one of the stores within the hotel premises. I paid at least twice (if not 3 times) the price for my purchases. (I needed one thing but thought I would support the local economy by buying some souvenirs.) Big mistake.
*I went running early in the mornings (jetlag) and they turn off the lights on the jogging track way before you can see anything. None of the signs have lights, so it's just a surprise where you will end up by the time the sun comes up.
*They are encouraging you to use their app. It either doesn't work or they don't respond to your messages.
*It was my birthday and 2 of my friends tried to arrange something with the hotel. One of them never received a reply while the other was promised some sort of response but it never happened. (Thank you for making an effort. Really nice to know you care this much...)
*They never managed to get the towels right either the small face towels were missing or the bath mat or both.
*The minibar in the room is a joke. It has 2 beers, a coke, a sprite and one club soda. They don't fill it up every day.
*They have coffee capsules in the room. One is supposed to be decaf according to the label but I was never able to figure out which is which or if the labeling is even true.
*No luggage rack it the room. This was such an inconvenience. I had to keep my suitcase upright in the closet.

5/5 rating for beautiful beach and pool, pretty, clean and spacious rooms and very friendly staff. I would like to highlight Ahberlly, Ana and Adonis for their great service. They are extremely kind and helpful and made our stay even nicer.
Maybe wouldn’t recommend for vegetarians/vegans.
