disappointed in my stay there...was in a kitchenette.. ..room set up is not user friendly for persons with disabilities. All taps are pullout very difficult to do without using both hands. For a person with limited physical ability, near impossible to turn on or off, a huge problem. Bathroom toilet/tub set up extremly awkward.. ..The floor was very dirty, as found after walking with bare feet for the first 2 days. stay was total of 7 days would not recommend staying there esp on ground floor
Moved to Sandman inn . Same rates..100% improvement...actually have kitchenette suite that is clean and comfortable.

We were staying in Hotel Zed and needed a larger, quieter room. Accent Inn management found us a room (despite being mostly booked) and helped us navigate the tricky process of making a change through a third party. They were so helpful and kind, I will only book directly through them from now on. I feel very at home at Accent Inn.

Great staff! Rooms are clean. Front desk is amazing good parking and close to work locations. Good restaurants are nearby. Area is safe and close to shopping. The second floor patio is great when the sun is going down.

Very friendly staff. Clean room and most comfy bed. We were close to everything we needed. I had hospital visits to make and it was close and direct route there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Every one there was very accommodating. We had plenty of towels....cups....glasses.

My experience with the management and staff at the Accent Inn in Victoria was overwhelmingly accommodating and with a great deal of compassion. I had stayed earlier in the summer and that experience was fantastic, but in August had to make an unplanned trip to Victoria as my mother was ill in hospital. As I was coming on a day's notice, I was sure rooms would be scarce. I contacted Angie (Assistant Manager) and explained that I was unsure of how long I would be staying but a night or two would at least get me out of a jam. Angie called back and miraculously found a room for me for four nights. As my mom's condition worsened, I needed to extend my stay and again Angie and Maureen (General Manager) juggled things to fit me in. Every time I would need to add nights, Angie would ask how I was doing and about my moms situation, and continued to make me feel confident that I was welcome to stay as long as needed. My wife joined me part way through my stay and the staff showed her the same care and attention. Sadly my mom passed away and again the staff came through when I needed to get a room on short notice for out of town family, they accommodated us again.
My warmest heartfelt thanks to Angie, Maureen, and the entire staff (Jasmine, Terrence, Laura, and all others in the front office, also housekeeping and maintenance staff) for their care and concern in making my stay as comfortable as possible in a most difficult time for myself and family.
