To help meet the needs of Canadians, WestJet continues to fly scheduled cargo operations to its 23 domestic cargo bases across Canada, bringing thousands of pounds of critical supplies each day including perishables, pharmaceuticals, blood products and many other necessary items that need to be shipped quickly, carefully and on time.

The airline is currently offering increased cargo capacity across its’ fleet to support the supply chain:
- Domestic cargo network: Various cargo options are available through our scheduled domestic network – more information available here.

As the crisis has worsened and global supply lines have been cutoff due to the closing of borders and less international flying, WestJet Cargo has been working closely with clients like Canadian Blood Services to ensure support of shipping essential products such as blood, continues.
