We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort last week (April 10 - 17 2024) and absolutely loved it! The grounds are amazing. The food and drinks are delicious. THe chefs and the staff in the restaurants are amazing. The lobster is plentiful, even lobster omelettes are offer for breakfast at the Greenhouse Restaurant. The entire staff was polite, professional, accommodating and fun! It's hard to narrow it down to mention a few of the workers because they were ALL amazing but I do have a few I want to put in a good word for who went above and beyond. First as a travel agent I like to do site inspections/tours at the resorts I visit to see different room categories and be more informed about the resort for my clients. Fabiana in the sales department gave myself and a couple other agents a very informative 2 hour tour and she also helped get our room moved due to our first room being in a noisy location. Secondly I want to give props to the girls working the swim up pool bar in the pool by the Jerk Shack. They really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having fun and kept a pleasant, attentive attitude even when they were nonstop busy. One girl was absolutely amazing there and her name is Annette. She made the best drinks and never stopped smiling. I also want to acknowledge the staff in Club Sandals and the entire concierge team. They know what excellence is and they deliver it! Lastly I have to say great job to the housekeeping and grounds staff for always making everything look and feel perfect! I will definitely recommend this resort to my clients.

Beautiful resort. Food was delicious. Loved having the two resorts next to each other. There were tons of options for dining, pools and entertainment.

Afraid to say this will be our only visit to a Sandals Resort as it wasn't even worth half the £8k we had spent. Very similar to a lot of reviews on here. Pro's = Some of the staff (Sadly a minority) are absolutely brilliant, Nicole in the lobby, Darren in Bombay and Ryan at the Dive site are superb, wish we could TIP, as for the majority I think the reason they don't receive tips reflects their attitude, the majority of the time I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. Sorry let me get back to the "Pro's" The grounds a 1st class, can not fault them in anyway. The room, was modern, clean and better than we expected. Bombay was probably the best Indian I have ever had. The Pizzas we also 10/10. The Dive team are brilliant. Bit of a pain having to get a boat, but the fact it is included is a bonus, loved the Atmosphere at the big pool, felt like a party everyday. Thats where the Pros end, now for the Cons = It took 4 hours for our luggage to come, in the end I had to send my partner to find them. We tried to booking to various restaurant's but could not get into most in the times we wanted. We decided to just turn up at Kiminos and was seated. Some days the room was cleaned and somedays not, despite phoning down and asking for towels that would never come. We also kept asking for Coke cans as thats all my partner drinks but again this never happend. Bar staff at the pool, I felt were rude, also seemed to only serve their favourites instead who has been waiting the longest. We liked to lie in on holiday like most but anything past 8am and you will not get a Sunbed, this really affected out Holiday, like a lot of comments, Butlers reserving beds that dont come down until Lunch I think is seriously wrong here. The pool bar constantly running out of Champayne was frustrating as that is all I drink. Don't get me wrong this was not a bad holiday at all. The only reason I am complaining and have given it a 1 Star is for £8k I expect a lot lot lot lot lot better.

Just got back from 10 Nights here. Was really disappointed, I read the reviews and majority were saying the same thing, I felt for sure Resort Management would do something about it as they are all very easy fixes and that surely we would not have the same problems, but I was wrong, management take note as I said these are easy fixes. Like a lot of reviews grounds are lovely, some staff absolutely wonderful, beach is unreal, the Dive team are by the far the best out of all the Sandals I have been to. But thats where the Pros end. Again like a lot of reviews, found majority of the staff to be rude and not wanting to be there. Found it impossible to get Resturant reservations at the times we wanted around 7pm. Also me and Hubby had to take it in turns setting the alarm for 6.30am so we can get a Sunbed, not what you wanting to be on your holiday, all the while Butlers reserving Sunbeds for people that never turned up, they did get rid of them by 10am but by then it is too late. Again like a lot of the review's found the Chicken and Beef to be over cooked in most places, specially Butch's and Bombay.
