Excellent hotel! We really like the beach, the restaurant a la carte! Especially the Italian restaurant with the excellent sevice from Christian Vargas!

Been here 5 times. Very nice & economical. Fairly easy to get to. Dive sites are close. Lots of options for extra activities.

We were upgraded to the Premium level this trip. Sometimes just my husband and I are able to come, but we've also been here with various family members if they can make it. We've been to Allegro Cozumel several times because we love it so much! The staff at the Santa Rosa (Omar, Luis, Alfrodo, Cristian) were wonderful! So attentive and nice! We try to come at least twice a year -- more if possible. Staying at an all-inclusive resort makes everything so easy. For some reason, they don't provide washcloths, so I just bring some along. The food is not gourmet, but it is quite good and a good variety. You can also sign up for Italian, Oriental and/or Mexican special dinner. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful and we are always made to feel at home and yet special.

During our stay at Allegro, we were treated to a special lobster and steak dinner on the beach right at sunset. The food, drink, view and service was outstanding! Our server was Carlos Perez. He was so friendly and accommodating to all if our requests, especially to our 5 year old. Every course was amazing!! The lobster was fantastic, but the steaks were some of the best any of us had ever had before. Definitely a night and meal to remember. The next night Carlos prepared bananas flambe at our table as another special treat!! Such best showmanship and so delicious. This is our third visit here and every time it feels like we're part of the family! Can't wait to come back again! Thanks everyone at Allegro for another great vacation!

We traveled to Allegro for the first time in April and had a great experience! The rooms were nice and clean, the grounds were very well kept and beautiful, and the beach was lovely, The food was good, I am a very picky eater and I was able to find things to eat at every meal. Our favorite meal was at the Asian Restaurant. The employees at the resort helped make our trip special especially Luis, Angel, Roger and Arbey!! ( Our family thoroughly enjoyed the activities, volleyball, Zumba, water aerobics, etc). Thank you!!
