    Amazing Westin!

    We stayed here for one night, we were originally in a 2 queen room, but were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite! Our room was not ready when we arrived so we went to one of the on-sight restaurants. Once our room was ready we headed to the room, it was very big and felt like a timeshare suite. It was a bit dirty and the shower had some mold in it, we called down to the front desk and they sent somebody in to clean it up. I absolutely loved the Westin Heavenly soap! We decided to take a golf-cart shuttle to the swimming pool near the condos, I found that pool to be a lot more private feeling. Once we got back, we decided to take a shower, and then we went for a bike ride, it was really enjoyable. When we got back we decided to go to dinner, we went to the outdoor resturant, which was amazing! When we got back my dad had to start packing, but I headed down to get some food from the sundry shop, I ended up waiting for about one hour in line. After that long wait, I headed up to the room, and went to bed, and slept great in the Westin Heavenly bed! Overall this was an amazing stay at the Westin Cape Coral, and I would recommend it to anybody in the Cape Coral area!

    Went to breakfast at Marker 92 very good food and great service Linda was taking care of us and let me say she is wonderful very attentive, we had a great experience will take my family there again Thank you Linda for the great service and awesome attitude Gina Pleshar Cape Coral

    Some impolite front-desk staff, inconvenient parking

    - Some impolite staff members at front desk - Parking garage is separate and not attached to the hotel building. It is manageable but not the most convenient. Valet parking is $20 - Breakfast card in the room was not replaced. It had the choices and details marked by the previous guest. - No buffet breakfast in the morning. Great seafood dinner at Pinchers. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk spoke very politely. However, when we checkout out, there was another lady at the front desk who was not polite. We were looking to print boarding passes and the 2 computers for guest use near the front desk were occupied for a long time. When we requested, the lady at the front desk did agree to help us (although she did not offer help while we waited). She asked us for the airline and we couldn’t hear her clearly. She responded rudely saying “I am printing boarding passes. I need the airline”. For someone who travels frequently and has frequent guest status with several hotel chains, this rude tone at a supposedly 4 star hotel was disappointing and insulting. Westin usually does better. If you are in the Cape Coral area, you may want to stay away from the Westin avoid such an unpleasant experience.

    We went for brunch this past week and had an amazing time. The food, service and atmosphere were great. Our waitress Linda was full of personality and extremely attentive. We look forward to coming back in the future! Thank you Westin for never disapointing!!!

    Cape Coral Resort is perfect getaway.

    We had a suite on the 14th floor that included a full kitchen, dining area, living room, huge balcony and two bedrooms with huge bathrooms. A family could be perfectly comfortable in this space. It was like our own house. Two queen beds and one king, glorious. A great view of the marina, gorgeous pool, and live music with dinner. Loved it.
