We’re a family of seven and had a wonderful time. The restaurants were great! The food was amazing! The service people were kind and accommodating! Very clean ten stars!!The pool was great! The service was above and beyond! Great concierge Service ! We couldn’t be more happier hope to visit here again, another year!

My friend and I enjoyed our trip using my RHC credits, This was a very good experience because the Royal Holiday Club representatives were exceptional, there were 3 that stood out and met every need we encountered. From our daily hug and smiles if was a very positive trip. One thing that would have been helpful would be a letter or pamphlet with members options they may have during their time of vacationing. Beautiful and clean surroundings. Would have been nice to be able to have a designated area for members on the beach being they should get a little priority instead of wondering if you are going to get one each day. One other thing that would have been nice was to have more than 1 channel that was in English.Yes I will definitely be going back to this destination.

Very good overall - 2weeks in Ixtapa. Staff were EXCELLENT, food was great. Every day fresh fruit for breakfast, fresh salads for lunch and supper/dinner. Our goal was relaxation, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful pool and beach. We met other couples from Minnesota, and other areas from Canada. The hotel was spotless, with staff constantly cleaning. The exceptional staff included Santos, Omar and Andres at Barracuda bar, Hugo, Jorge, EVERYONE was great. The 4pc band that played most nights were awesome, and learned a couple songs for us - Only one minor negative - internet in our room was hit and miss - but I could connect in the lobby and anywhere else on the property - OVERALL 5 stars ++

This is my second time to Ixtapa and my second time at Park Royal. This trip has been fantastic! All the staff have been incredible and friendly! We had a large group (17) and everyone made our trip fantastic..: however Jorge went above and beyond over and over again to make this trip special for the family and our birthdays ??! Including a private dinner which was phenomenal ! Thank you all for everything you did. The memories you have provided will last a lifetime! I probably wouldn’t return during spring break as there is no adults only area and the pool had way too many kids. I cannot wait to see if/ when all the rooms have been renovated!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The resort is small but prides itself on exemplary customer service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was much better than in their other resorts. Somewhat limited, as two restaurants are buffets, however the Italian restaurant was not as good as the buffets. The entire resort is extremely clean and well maintained. Gorgeous Beach!! Highly recommended for a chill, relaxing vacation!!
