It has a good location. However, the price was really high for the quality of the hotel and the staff was not friendly at all (there were some problems with the cleanness that they did not fix during our stay). You can find better options in the island.

The location to the beach is perfect. The parking garage felt like a safe place to park. We had called for towels and they were delivered that day. The staff was super welcoming and the amenities were such a bonus.

We prepaid our room but was hit with hidden fees upon check in. Front staff could not provide explanation on how these fees differ from other fees we had paid. They only said these were not resort fees nor the taxes we had already paid. Room was clean, but mattress is very uncomfortable and would move off the box spring. Air conditioner would make loud noises throughout the night. Staff appeared indifferent to us and did not want to help.

There was sand on the floor upon arrival and the bed needs to be updated. Otherwise great location, service and amenities! Nice pool and hot tub. Apparently this review requires a minimum of 200 characters

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations with a great location. The property is directly across the street from the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. A full-service grocery store is a mile away. While technically one doesn't need a car to stay here, the Piilani Highway is nearby, thus making this location even better for quickly getting to other parts of Maui. I give this location a very high walkability score!
