Lovely hotel with fantastic room on 31st floor overlooking the Bellagio fountains and the Strip. Everything was wonderful until Friday came round. The hotel seemed to swell with people by 100%, thousands of boisterous, loud people! Restaurants in the hotel were packed, queues of people and waiting lists everywhere. The noise level in the casino was almost unbearable, having to shout like the rest to make yourself heard. The staff were lovely, especially in the concierge- really helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

    Always our favorite

After going to Vegas since the 80’s, we’ve been fortunate to stay at the best hotels of their ‘time’. We started going to Cosmo right after it opened. We continue to return...why? Coolest vibe, the best collection of top chef restaurants and food block, varied and top notch bars & lounges, and best rooms with a view and balcony in Vegas. Can’t miss. If you don’t stay there...go check it out.

The crowd at Cosmo is very lively and most of the staff is professional and friendly. The hotel room I booked was a suite with plenty of space. It’s extremely clean and fairly new. This hotel is also located on the strip near many key locations. Overall my friends and I found this spot worth the stay. As a friendly tip, the food here is quite expensive like most hotels so be prepared to spend if you hang around. However, buffet was the standard price of $39.

    Another great visit

I travel to Las Vegas frequently and The Cosmopolitan is where I always stay. The staff is phenomenal, always attentive and welcoming. After a long day working the pool area is a great place to wind down with a beer in the hot tub (*wish they had offerings on tap, however). There are many great restaurants at The Cosmopolitan - China Poblano is a favorite. The rooms are what bring me back. They are clean and well maintained, with enormous showers. If you are Marriott Titanium+ you will enjoy the upgrade. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

Nice hotel but really disappointed that they didn’t honour the upgrade

Went here for my wife’s 50th birthday and we paid Virgin holidays to upgrade our room 1 level and were assured that we would also get another “free” upgrade from the hotel. That was part of the deal. We requested a Bellagio view room as it was such a special occasion. We went midweek so the hotel was nowhere near capacity yet they said they could not do the room requested, which was massively disappointing and had a negative impact on our trip. This was a shame because we had a great time for the most part. I appreciate that the upgrade was “subject to availability” but this was a very special occasion and I felt that the hotel never tried to get us the room we wanted, and they didn’t care. I don’t believe for one minute that a room we requested wasn’t available mid week in October and this was a massive disappointment. We wouldn’t recommend the Cosmopolitan and it’s highly improbable that we would stay here next time we visit Las Vegas. I’d rather stay somewhere that appreciates their guests and goes the extra mile to fulfil their requests, especially for such a special occasion.
