    They don’t have food places open past 10pm anywhere inside the property on a week night.

    Let’s start off with the horrible hotel manager cherrylanne Anico who was trying the make me do a bellhops job when I tipped the bellhop to take all of my family’s luggage up to our rooms. She had sent all of the bellhops home for the day and said if I wanted my luggage I’d have to go down and get it myself. And mind you I only had been in my room for about 3 min before I called the bellhops to bring up the luggage. So I went down stairs and she expected 2 of us to carry about 13 bags up to our rooms because only 2 of us are capable to lift anything. And she still did not even have anyone take our luggage up to our room. She was telling me to do someone’s job while I came on vacation to have fun and gamble. And after we spoke and she continued to argue with me about how if I don’t take my bags up I would have to wait until the next day. And then 15 min passes and I spot a bellhop and go and walk with him to the front desk and the casino manager still continued with her attitude and then I called her out on it because she ruined my first night at the Rio and to top it off she offers me a $50 comp and never gives it to me smh ????? And then I told her why would you send the bellhops home after receiving my bags and she said that I should’ve known what time they get off. I was so upset and I’m still very mad about what happened and I hope her boss reads this. I show up with a couple thousand ready to gamble my a** off and I get treated like ?? when I am tipping people to treat me very well when I’m their and also giving this casino my business.

    The weekend we went was extremely packed and the room/tower we stayed in was in poor shape. The toilet was leaking in the middle of the night one of us slipped. Tub caulking looked old and bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Wall paper chipping, AC filter dirty, could not adjust air conditioning to a comfortable temp either stuffy or an ice box. Overall super outdated room. The most positive interact with was the house keeper Front desk-Gena, Bell man-Jason & The bartender Matt

    The room was dirty and we could hear our neighbors partying all night. The kids were kept up and left a very bad impression on first Vegas visit. I would never stay at this hotel again. Left much to be desired

    My friend and I arrived on Friday night for the weekend. The first thing we saw upon entering the hotel was the winding queue to registration. We spent 40 mins in line to pick up our room key and social distancing was not enforced. Everyone was packed in together. Despite having checked in ahead of time on my phone and having the QR code ready for the self-check-in kiosk the kiosk referred me to ask for an associate to complete the process. I went through two associates who were very friendly but who each could not find me a room. I booked the room many weeks ago. A phone call was made to get me a room, I was given the keys and headed on my way. The elevators were efficient but there were a lot of people coming and going so it wasn’t a quick ride up to the room on the 11th floor. The room was spacious which was great – however, there were stains on the curtains And spots on the walls and headboard of the bed. The cold water faucet in the bathroom only turned on to a trickle and after a shower I stepped off of the bathmat onto the floor and discovered that my feet were then covered in dust and a hair that was not mine. I’ve never had an experience like this at a hotel. It was terrible. My friend and I looked for another hotel but the last minute rates were outrageous so we stayed and tried not to spend any time in our room other than to sleep. We could hear every word our neighbors said and there was yelling and swearing in the hallways that woke us up during the night. On Saturday when we returned to our room after a long day out it smelled like marijuana so we turned up the air for circulation hoping to filter it out but in the morning I woke up wheezing from the smoke in the air so we checked out as quickly as possible. We were also woken up around 4 am by the front desk calling to see if someone was in our room, which was very strange and upsetting. I definitely will never stay at the Rio again.

    Worst hotel I have stayed in

    The hotel was way to crowded for this pandemic. The rooms are not like the pictures. We had to ask for another room because it smelled like cigarettes and they don't permit smoking in the rooms. The nice rooms are only one of their towers
