    Bed was extremely comfortable would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. We stayed in a penthouse suite and it was great and very roomy. We even had a great view from our balcony. Staff very friendly

    Nice place but you cannot smoke on the balcony. Just an FYI

    Nice but no smoking on balcony. I would have liked to know this before booking my room. Most other Vegas properties allow smoking on balconies. Also the Valets were very nice and provided great service but I prefer to park my own vehicle and have access to it 24hrs a day especially in Vegas

    Down hill rasta hotel

    This was my 3rd time here. Previous stays were awesome with no complaints. This time it was very disappointing. Do not bring children or family here. I complained to front desk with no resolution other than spraying my room with some type of spray. Sadly, that will be my last stay there

    I will start by saying upon check in the hotel does require a fee they hold on too, This is purely for security and you will get this back as long as all is ok with your room and nothing is broken. While this wasn't an issue I do feel they should inform guests prior to arrival, When we checked in we were upgraded to a One Bedroom Suite and were surprised to get an Upper Pent House Strip facing with amazing views. We must of got one of the best views in Vegas, As for the rooms amazing all of them and the house keeping team were really good and had a great eye for detail. Very polite staff and over all we had an amazing stay. As for the walk to the MGM it is hardly a mile like some have said plus I don't understand how past guest's moan about how far it is when one its not and two most of the connective walk way is covered by a moving flat Elevator. We time it once from our suite to the casino floor it took us 6 minutes as we were going at a aveage pace. Tower one is cloest to the MGM but even if your in Tower 2 or 3 it wouldn't go over 10 munites walk to the Casino floor so it's hardly any time at all. I can tell those moaning are not used to using there legs which seems werid as you do alot of walking in Vegas. For us this was the perfect location close enough to the strip yet fair enough to chill by the pool on hot days and it seemed like we were anywhere but Vegas. Ps little travel tip ask your towers reception for bottled water you will get one or as many as you like as they won't offer this in rooms. You will need the water as your do plenty of walking in Vegas as I said it's not Vegas without walking and exsplouring the different casinos and hotels. This is where the use of the rooms tub Bath comes in handy endding the busy day's and nights chilling in the tub with a cheeky glass of something nice. Would we stay again yes without a doubt.

    I was a bit hesitant going to Vegas “COVID” and all that. However, the hotel Has everything set up According to CDC guidelines and regulations. From social distancing, hand sanitizers, available disposable masks, to the sensors for the front lobby doors. We were on the second floor facing the pool. The rooms were clean and spacious very quiet. My room did not have any plates, cups etc, but I believe one must request in advance which I did not do. The garbage disposal did not work. I advised the front desk on our way out and it had been fixed when we returned. Valet parking is free for the time being however, they do close at 10:30pm and after that time you will have to park in the self parking lot, which may be inconvenient as it’s a long a very long walk. However, the hotel does have a few moving walkways. They provide a to and from map for the self parking but I found it a bit confusing, but the staff all around are very helpful and friendly. We stayed Monday-Thursday which was good “less people and not so crowded” my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay hope you and yours do as well ??
