Scott was amazing. After a long day of traveling he was a breath of fresh air - so accommodating. Scott was so sweet and provided complimentary drinks and Karla at the hotel bar was friendly and made the most delicious drinks . Cheers to JW Marriott Anaheim, they go out of their way to make sure their guests are taken care of.

This hotel is amazing, like other JW. The staff is incredible and Scott was the perfect host. As a member of the customer service industry, I have to pay attention to all details of the experience offered to guests. The super friendly, well prepared staff will make sure you feel like a VIP!

Came in after a long flight from Miami, checked in at 2:30am Anaheim time 5:30 back home and it was a quick check in with Steven at the front desk. Really good customer service and very detailed on the welcome packet. The property is really clean, rooms are a bit small but the huge bathtub makes up for it. The food overall was ok and the drinks at the lobby bar were subpar. I prefer staying at The Ritz but I’ll be back to visit here again the fall.

We enjoyed a brilliant 4 night stay at JW Marriott Anaheim. We stayed in a Deluxe Room which I think was the entry level room but was beautifully finished and had a bath in the bathroom alongside a walk in shower (very handy when you are travelling with children). The facilities were brilliant; we went to the gym each morning and there was always equipment available even when it was busy, the pool was lovely and warm and there were always beds available for a patch in the sun. During our stay we had breakfast twice at Tocca Ferro and lunch most days poolside at Citriculture - we ran out of time to enjoy the rooftop bar which was a real disappointment. The walk to Disney if you took the shortcut through GardenWalk was less than 10 minutes. The staff are what makes this hotel special, they are a real asset to the hotel - luggage, wait staff, bar tenders and housekeeping, just brilliant. Little touches like smores in the lobby one afternoon were much appreciated. This hotel provided a really luxurious stay, 10 minutes walk from Disney for a very reasonable price - don't hesitate to book!

Wow! we had an incredible visit at the JW Marriott! Scott and Jessica at the front desk welcomed us for our daughter’s birthday, just 5 star service. Beyond grateful and have not seen this type of service in many years at any hotel. Truly a gem of a hotel and our two girls absolutely loved the Stay. Al’s not as magical at Disney itself. I will be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family. Thank you again to the entire staff but especially Scott and Jessica! They deserve a raise and I wish all hotels had this type of A+ Service. Thank you! Our family is very happy and we will back every year!
