Thank you Maria at the front desk for all your help! Upon arrival I found our one bedroom suite in the tower with the pull out couch extremely extremely loud and uninhabitable. After one long loud night I came to the lobby to switch rooms and Maria promptly assisted me in finding the perfect room for our 11 remaining nights. All I can say is WOW. It's people like Maria who truly make it's an amazing and unforgettable experience. In my new beautiful room I have an amazing view and thankfully hear no traffic. As a mom of two I value my rest and this room is perfect. Very clean great A/C comfortable beds I could not ask for anything else. Thank you Maria for hearing my concerns and setting me up with an AMAZING room for a great price. I can't wait to spend the next week in paradise. Thank you again Maria for all your hard work and hearing my concerns and assistance.

This review is for our excellent server Miguel at Ayami restaurant tonight. He was very pleasant and we had great service. We had Futami salad and spring rolls for starter. Then ramen, sashimi and sushi rolls were azteca & spicy tuna. Main was sweet & sour pork and mixed special yakimeshi rice. Dessert was a lovely creamy vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. Very happy with our meal tonight and service by Miguel.

This was by far one of the worst resorts we have been to. Here are the cons to start it off. Cons: To start off we arrive to the resort at 6pm and there’s a huge line to check in. We booked the Altitude level and were supposed to get a seperate check in. This did not happen until 30 minutes after waiting for someone to come and help us check in. Once we are settled we get to our room which was a nightmare. The A/c did not work, the front door was previously booted in and the door lock was broken so it wouldn’t lock the door of you even wanted it to. The door also didn’t shut properly. The balcony door did not shut fully and the mini fridge didn’t work. We were beachfront but also front and Center for the buffet and nightly entertainment that went on until 11pm.. there was also entertainment on the other side of us as well so there was no getting away from the noise to sleep with children. We called to get someone to fix the A/C and after an hour nobody showed and we called again. Another 30 minutes went by and again nobody showed. We ended up complaining about the issues and getting moved to a new room further away from the noise of the nightly entertainment. This new room also didn’t have the balcony shut all the way and the toilet stopped working the next morning. We ended up getting someone to temporarily fix it but it kept stopping periodically. We made the room work for the 4 of us but I wouldn’t suggest sleeping on the pull out couch if you’re an adult as there is no padding for your back. Do not book the Altitude section if you have children. It is not worth it and is restricted to being adults only for a lot of it. We didn’t get to use the perks of it while we were there and weren’t even offered the perks in the room either. The elevator on the altitude also did not work well and would take forever. Being moved to the 7th floor and the elevator not working meant we got to use the stairs a lot more frequently which was not as convenient. The buffet is very small and there is not a huge selection. If you eat outside check your chair as there is bird poop all over the chairs and not cleaned at all. It’s absolutely disgusting. The other restaurants were not worth your time as it takes forever to get service and the food is subpar. We ate at the Italian and the steak house and were pretty disappointed and ended up sticking to the buffet. There were shockingly a few pros as well. Pros: - The kids club. The kids club felt very safe and secure with leaving my kids there. They make you sign in and give you a table buzzer so you can come and grab you kid if they need you or do not want to stay. The lady running it (Ana) was amazing and couldn’t thank her enough for going out of her way to make my boys happy. - Our pool side servers Manuel and Rodrigo were amazing. They went out of their way to bring things to us and always made sure we had a drink in hand. They honestly made sure we were well fed and had a good day at the pool. We couldn’t thank them enough as well. - Pool side food service. This was a huge one for us with little kids and not wanting to dry off to get food we found this very easy and beneficial. From speaking to other guests the resort used to be well run and kept and maintained to a 5 star resort and since Covid it has not been k managed and kept up. It’s very run down and could need note love and support from more staff being added to help maintain and keep it from being overly dated and falling apart. Cabo was beautiful, we will be back but not to this resort. We were less than impressed and felt like an inconvenience to the staff as well. I don’t recommend.

We had a WONDERFUL experience! The front staff are friendly and welcoming, the VIP Services were very helpful, the food was excellent and more than enough for my growing sixteen year old, and the room was top notch. Best of all was the resort staff!! Pedro is the bartender master, serving up more daiquiris than probably in his life, and Manny kept our food coming out hot while making sure we had plenty of condiments! My husband and I took time for the Spa which was amazing and our son regularly enjoyed the gym. We thorough enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!!

Very nice stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos ?? We love so much Chilano beach for the snorkling and the whales ?? ! A special Thanks to ANGEL for is excellent service and the very good drink’ ss at the pools ?? He was always professional and smily ?? ????
